AAll Service MovingJon and Justin arrived with 2 box trucks within the established timeframe and within 4 hours had the trucks packed and were on their way. They were professional, enthusiastic, and courteous. They gave sensitive handling to several fragile antiques. On the scheduled day of delivery to our house in Portland they called ahead and arrived at the established time with an additonal crew member, John. All three were attentive to requested location of furniture and boxes and carried out unloading as efficiently as one could desire. They made our move smooth and as worry free as possible. AProfessional ContractingGreat! The workers were very careful in their efforts to remove the undamaged tiles w/o cracking them. We knew this would be very difficult and they saved as many as possible. We didn't have enough tiles to replace those tiles removed, so we purchased a large medallion which they installed. The cracked tile pieces were used to fill in around the medallion. They did a wonderful job and we would definitely use them again!- Victoria P.

AFresh Start Moving CompanyFresh Start did a wonderful job of moving us! They responded to my inquiry within one day, gave me a firm quote within a few hours, and scheduled themselves to load the day after Christmas. They were polite, professional, and obviously VERY experienced at their job. They showed up about 15 minutes early. In spite of a snowstorm, they loaded us up within about 4 hours (including loading an electric car onto a hauling dolly). Driving through a storm-storm that dumped 3-12" across northern NM and AZ, they arrived the next day with everything safe and sound. I've moved at least a dozen times and have never had such great turn-key service!- Susan P.

AProRelo Interstate-Agent for Bekins Van Lines IncInitial contact with salesman was professional and without a hard sell. Subsequent contacts were professional and pleasant. Price was fair compared to others and was guaranteed. No hidden or additional costs. We did our own packing. Standard household items with about 700 cu ft of boxes. Truck arrived on schedule and two workers completed the loading in under four hours. Truck arrived in Tucson on schedule and was unloaded quickly. Workers were very accommodating in placing items in rooms and the garage. Heavy items were positioned as requested. Breakage was minor (back slats on a rocker). No dishes or glassware were broken. Gratuities were given at the conclusion. Excellent experience.- Robert S.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

AAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
