    Robinson, Dr. Christopher
As always, Dr. Robinson greeted me and asked how I was doing. He reviewed my health information as recorded by his nurse and made comments as a way of informing me of the information. Also, he reviewed the record of my prior visit and asked me about my current medications. He gave me a prescription for a renewal of a medication that I was using. Then, Dr. Robinson asked me to tell him about my difficulty in swallowing. I told him about the discomfort and my need to spit up the food I had just eaten. He asked several questions and then suggested that it may be the effect of drinking an iced liquid before each bite and eating too fast. He suggested that I try drinking room temperature water or wait until I finished my meal to drink liquids. He said I should eat smaller bites. However, he said lets make sure and ordered a barium swallow test. This is because of a previous hernia that had been repaired. Dr. Robinson informed me that the order had been sent to the X-ray Department of the near by hospital. He said he would get the results and call me if there was any evidence that would need medical or other treatment. We talked about two minutes more and then he said he would call me if needed.
I saw the barium swallow as it was preformed. The X-ray doctor. told me it looked normal. I have followed Dr. Robinson's advice and I have not had the difficulty since.

The surgery went just as explained and there were no complications. It was done at the local hospital on an outpatient basic because of where the cyst was located on my wrist. I even have a very tiny scar!

    Terry Boulware MD
When I was seen the staff was alarmed by what they was on the EKG and the ECHO that were performed in the office.  They explained their concerns and sent me home with a 24 hour monitor.  I mailed it back after wearing it and the office called as soon as they read the details on it.  I needed to be seen right away.  Because I had gone to visit my mother in California (she had just had a breast removed due to breast cancer at age 94) I told them I could not come to the office until I returned from California in a week.  I kept the appointment that I had scheduled upon my return.  As soon as I arrived I was told I needed to have a pace maker implanted that same day.  Dr. Boulware explained why it was needed and what the procedure would entail.  Within 2 hours I was at the hospital and had the procedure done.   What a relief to finally feel better.!

Overall, staff were friendly, discount given for cash patients who don't have insurance or the procedure isn't covered. The staff were efficient and professional. Follow-up appointments were tailored to patient schedule. Overall a positive experience.

    Lindsay, Dr. Tom
Dr Lindsay diagnosed my lump as a syst. Because the lump was causing tingling and numbness in my fingers I went ahead and scheduled an out-patient surgery to have the syst removed. He did a great job and I had very little discomfort. He is a wonderful doctor. He takes time to explain everything and I had the feeling he really cared about my concerns.

My daughter and I were both pleased with all the attention she received while in labor, delivery, and recovering from the birth. All of the staff was supportive and positive. Procedures were well explained and questions were answered thoroughly. The care of the baby after the birth was excellent. The staff at this hospital made the birth of my granddaughter a very good experience.

I mostly see his PA and her name is Suzanne Dennehy. I've never actually met the man. They are attached to Presbyterian Healthcare Service which is common here. I want to say that he's like an endocrinologist, but I'm not certain. They will see patients for family practice type. I'm pleased. As a new patient, there was a wait last year which I don't find uncommon. I'm not certain as to how quickly I can get in if I call and say I have a cold. The office is a little bit small which is not uncommon here, but it was clean, neat and there were magazines. The office staff is very friendly. Their punctuality is pretty good. I really like Suzanne and her nurse. Their communication is very good because they listen. They are probably better than most. They are willing to talk to me and listen to me. I can ask questions. I don't feel rushed which sometimes you do in doctor's offices. I haven't' had any treatments so far. I don't have any problems with the billing and administration.
