AJust Stucco & Windows LLCJames and his crew did a fine job replacing some wood vegas that were rotted out. The final product looked good and was much more weather resistant than my previous wood vegas. The wood vegas were painted and caulked and capped with metal to provide long lasting protection. The general stucco repairs around my house and on my walls look great and make my place look a lot better. I will continue working with James in the future when my house needs major work done that is out of my skill level.- Kevin G.

ABusby FinishesExcellent job. House looks great. Damage to the wood was repaired. They were careful not to get any sealer on the stonework. They applied the sealer evenly and removed any excess. A second coat was applied to weathered areas. They also sealed the wooden balcony, table and fence, and left the yard clean afterwards. They are reliable, and respectful. I enjoyed working with Busby Finishes and will hired them again.- Heidi B.

AAdvanced American Construction Inc.From the beginning we met George, the owner of Advanced American, and he was courteous and up front about the challenges we faced with this extensive renovation. This is a vacation home and we expressed to George how important it was for us to be able to trust his team to work on unsupervised other than occasional inspections. We felt comfortable with George and his honest assessments and decided to move forward with the project. He is the kind of contractor that will tell you from the beginning how much something will cost and not surprise you later with charges for things that were more complex than expected. He is very frank about what is required and how much it will cost in order to do a quality job. He does not cut corners and would rather not perform the work than do subpar work that will lead to issues in the future. He won't sugar coat the difficulty of the work needed and will not draw you in with a low ball quote only to double it on the backend. He is very knowledgeable home construction overall and his team can really take on almost anything. George always picks up his phone or returns calls as soon as possible. We left many valuable items in the home and ordered many things to be received by his team and not one item went missing or was damaged in the home. He stands behind the work and with minimal supervision completed the project and met all of our expectations. We would highly recommend his services and are thankful for the time and effort put forth by his team.- VIctor A.

AHerndon ServiceThe price was excellent and the man who runs it is very attentive. What I don't like about them is that no one speaks English, so if you don't have the principal around you can not communicate. There's only one man who spoke a little English. I did have one guy who made a mistake, a pretty big mistake. He put the wrong paint on the wall at one point, but as soon as the principal guy came out and saw it he had him redo it. The final result is even better than we could have imagined. Professional Contracting uses a core of reliable trades people who are skilled, reliable, and courteous. We were given daily project updates, and consulted whenever decisions had to be made affecting cost or materials. Attention was given to detail, and at the end they made sure every item on the project punch list was completed to our satisfaction. We had Professional Contracting remodel two bathrooms for us 4 years ago. They didn't disappoint us then, and they provided the same great service at a fair price this time.- James K.

Aexcellent - Klean Force uses an outside lab to analyze the mold & determine type which I think is important. Gary was very responsive and when they started remediation, the black mold was worse than expected. They were helpful in determining the source of the leak, which confirmed the fix we had done. The remediation was a neat as possible. I would recommend them for any testing and remediation.

AWonderful! Beyond our expectations! We hired Advanced American to take over a remodel in progress that had gone very wrong. The professional crew came in, demolished the work in progress and began anew, repairing and installing correctly and professionally. The final outcome is demonstrative of work well done with care and pride. Mr. Chrzanowski and his crew are very professional, fully communicative, friendly and polite. The workmen were always punctual, kept working throughout the day, took care to clean up and work magic with their craft. AGreg was amazing. We bought a vacation house and live 9 hours away. We had a very long list of things that needed to be done. We gave Greg the key to the house and he worked nonstop for weeks. Every day he would send pictures of the work he had done. He knocked out an entire list before we got there and then worked with me for days getting moved in. I honestly could not have done it without him. I am so grateful we found someone honest who never said he couldn't do something I needed done and he did a great job. HIGHLY recommend him and will be using him for many more projects now and in the future.

ARyan had done some painting and sheetrocking previously for us. Recently he helped us with some general repairs that were specified in a home inspection report. He is always so professional, and brings a vast amount of knowledge, ideas and experience from his many years of working in this industry. His expertise is worth it!! He is very honest and sensitive to helping you find the best way to solve your issues without "running up" the bill. And although we were able to catch him on a quick turnaround, he is a busy man and you might have to wait to have him get you on his schedule. Plan ahead and be patient! You may be able to find someone that can do your projects for a cheaper price or quicker but they will not have the excellent quality when compared to Ryan's product of services. If you want it done correctly the first time then call Ryan Cross.

DOne hour to set up a 32 " TV and sound bar. We are now using 3 remotes to operate TV. Kept asking questions. Second hour was the Harmony remote. First he did not bring computer. Had to use ours. Kept asking questions. He did not connect all of our equipment, we need to get someone else to correct what he did. Our last remote programming was done in 20 minutes. Plus during this covid time, he had to use bathroom.
