AAdvanced American Construction Inc.From the beginning we met George, the owner of Advanced American, and he was courteous and up front about the challenges we faced with this extensive renovation. This is a vacation home and we expressed to George how important it was for us to be able to trust his team to work on unsupervised other than occasional inspections. We felt comfortable with George and his honest assessments and decided to move forward with the project. He is the kind of contractor that will tell you from the beginning how much something will cost and not surprise you later with charges for things that were more complex than expected. He is very frank about what is required and how much it will cost in order to do a quality job. He does not cut corners and would rather not perform the work than do subpar work that will lead to issues in the future. He won't sugar coat the difficulty of the work needed and will not draw you in with a low ball quote only to double it on the backend. He is very knowledgeable home construction overall and his team can really take on almost anything. George always picks up his phone or returns calls as soon as possible. We left many valuable items in the home and ordered many things to be received by his team and not one item went missing or was damaged in the home. He stands behind the work and with minimal supervision completed the project and met all of our expectations. We would highly recommend his services and are thankful for the time and effort put forth by his team.- VIctor A.

FLive Wire Electric LLCWithout calling or asking permission, another cabin owner asked Joe Dan to put a large splice-in box beside our cabin, and ran an above ground line across the width of the cabin, rendering the space unusable, and the electric line still on our property and not on the property the septic system is on. He went against what two other electricians and a PNM rep recommended. The cost of trenching would have been avoided, We'd paid for the nine cabins septic electricity for 6 years with less than half of the system's electricity being reimbursed.- Peggy C.

AIt went super well, Valeria Martinez did an excellent job in explaining everything when she gave us the quote she even send 2 crews do they finished installing 2 units in one day I don’t know their names but they were very professional and friendly they cleaned up and picked up after the job was done. Mike Rodriguez installed the air purifiers and he too did an excellent job also professional and friendly he answered all our questions. Western Electrical will forever be our first choice if we need any other work done. Thank you to them all for a job well done and great service. Highly recommend them.

AWonderful! Beyond our expectations! We hired Advanced American to take over a remodel in progress that had gone very wrong. The professional crew came in, demolished the work in progress and began anew, repairing and installing correctly and professionally. The final outcome is demonstrative of work well done with care and pride. Mr. Chrzanowski and his crew are very professional, fully communicative, friendly and polite. The workmen were always punctual, kept working throughout the day, took care to clean up and work magic with their craft. AI got home after a 12 plus hour day to discover water was leaking in my son's bedroom, and the water heater closet was soaked. I called and asked for help. Joe called me, and he was Awesome! He came right over, although it was late. He is very professional, cheerful, and personable! He managed to lift my very weary spirit while he was working. He figured out the problem right away, drained the tank, gave me an estimate. I will call in the morning to see how quickly the problem can be fixed. I have dealt with the owner in person in the past, Joe reflects the same customer care as his boss. I would recommend Daniels heating and cooling to anyone. Joe was exceptional. Daniels has helped me with service for many years and installed HVAC for me three years ago. thank you so much for being an exceptional service!

AGreg was amazing. We bought a vacation house and live 9 hours away. We had a very long list of things that needed to be done. We gave Greg the key to the house and he worked nonstop for weeks. Every day he would send pictures of the work he had done. He knocked out an entire list before we got there and then worked with me for days getting moved in. I honestly could not have done it without him. I am so grateful we found someone honest who never said he couldn't do something I needed done and he did a great job. HIGHLY recommend him and will be using him for many more projects now and in the future.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
