AFRANK'S SEPTIC & DRAINNeeded to have our septic tank emptied because another contractor was preparing to replace the entire system. Frank's was called at the recommendation of that contractor. They were able to come that same day and got the work done quickly. The price was about what we had paid other times we've had the septic tank emptied, but their attitude and responsiveness impressed us.- Patricia M.

AREGGIES SEPTIC SVCThis is the second time we have used Reggie's Septic Service. In our experience, a phone call in the morning means you can get your septic tank pumped that same day. He promptly responds to phone calls, always shows up on time and is able to get his truck into some very tight spaces. He is one of the few people that will take the time to take a hose and rinse down the sides of the tank. He has a great sense of humor also!- K M.

ABARNEY RUE DIRT CONTRACTORI only spoke with Mr. Rue over the phone, and he explained exactly what he would do. He got the work done in a timely fashion and did a very good job. He did exactly what he said he would do. He installed new gravel for the drive, and we were very pleased with the work. I paid in two installments, before and after the job was completed.- David F.

BCartwright's Plumbing HeatingSince 2013, I've chosen to use Cartwright's on behalf of ownership of Canyon Village Apartments, exclusively, for our Property. Further, I request to have Mario as our main technician, having developed a working relationship with him on behalf of Cartwright's, to service both our HVAC and plumbing issues. When he hasn't been available, we've had other techs, but Mario knows our property very well and any issues that have come up. The few other techs we've had were likewise efficient but Mario exceeds them. With 130+ apartments and townhomes to maintain for the benefit of the residents, we work to keep everyone as happy as possible and that means professional, prompt service, on-call, from all vendors. We have had, since 2013, calls for AC replacements, AC airhandler repairs and replacements, large water heater repairs/replacements and regular plumbing issues when our staff was on vacation. Cartwright's has consistently responded to calls for service and Mario has kept us informed about parts he may need, return times, etc. Further, he's taken the time to explain the work to be done, the work that was done and how something has broken and what to do to avoid it otherwise. In dealing with the office staff at Cartwright's, which is infrequent during the year, they've been professional and courteous as well. Our Management company doesn't allow perks or other benefits from vendors to property Managers, so this is an unsolicited review. If, for some reason, Cartwright's work quality and professionalism slipped, I would edit this review to reflect that. But we've been satisfied with their service, very pleased with Mario's work and expect this to continue.- Canyon Village A.

BRUIDOSO SEPTIC TANK SVCOur cabin is 44 years old with a septic system that is old too. As a result the guys did not bring the correct fitting for a 4" clean out and had to return. Once they starting pumping, everything went smoothly. The folks at the office were very helpful in educating us on the care of septic systems.- Patty B.

ATorres Construction LLC was referred by a neighbor here in Port St. Joe Beach, Fl. After contacting Mr. Torres a meeting time was set for the following day. Mr. Torres arrived promptly, he was courteous and he came prepared to discuss the outdoor patio shower. First, he listened to our ideas and answered our questions regarding the design and materials available. He then showed pictures of outside showers he had constructed in our area and guided us on the preferred materials for a beach area. After deciding the type shower we liked, he then prepared a quite reasonable and acceptable estimate. Surprisingly, he was prepared to begin the project the next day. The quality and craftsmanship in the finished shower were excellent. In fact, his company will now begin on our kitchen renovation and interior painting projects. I highly recommend Mr. Torres and his company for any construction projects in your future. It has been a pleasure working with Mr.Torres and the professional work his company provides. ANick quoted me a very reasonable price for a septic system on a new lot.he helped with the whole permit and inspection process. Once we had the permit in hand he only took two or three days to install the whole system. Based on that great experience I also had him hook up the electricity to the mobile home. He did that in a few days and worked through all the inspections to get it approved. I highly recommend Nick. I will be installing another mobile home next year and Nick will be definitely the person to do the septic work and the electrical work.
