He did everything he said he would do and more. Took pride in his work.did not have to be supervised, just told me what he was going to do,showed up on time and it wasn't uncommon for him to work 12 hour days. He is extremely trustworthy.i felt comfortable leaving him and his employees here while i did errands. He also hauled off all his trash.we have numerous projects that we will be hiring him to do in the near future, as well as a rental property that will be needing some updating.

They took forever to do mine. I did separate arrays, two different times. They were four and a half months past the deadline on the first array and they were within two or three days of being four months behind on the second array. The second array was guaranteed to be done before December 31 of last year so I would get all the tax credits and everything for it. They just got the reverse meter in and everything either Tuesday or Wednesday of last week. Originally, they guaranteed me it would zero out my electric bill. I made them write that on the contract. When they put in the first array, my bill cut exactly in half. We fought and fought and argued back and forth. For 22 months, it went on that I was guaranteed that it would zero out my bill and all it did was cut it in half. So, finally they figured out somehow the system got cut in half. It took them 22 months and me threatening to turn it over to my attorney that day and they decided to put the second half in for nothing, because I was going to turn it over to my attorney. They did the second half for nothing. But it took 22 months and a threatening phone call to get it done. I did two different arrays. I did one for my shop. That was a little over $16,000 and I did one for the house, and that was a little over $47,000. They did a nice job. I would not recommend them to anyone because of the timeframe and all issues I went through.

cNot well.  I got them about 3-4 months ago and signed a contract with them expecting them to keep up their part of the contract, well, I got very bad service.  Every day there was time I had no service at all and when I did it took two hours to download email and longer to download any zip files.  I contacted them and the tech's said I had the best they could do because I was unable to receive their signal any better from their towers.  PUrchased a longer cord and tried their internet in every window of the house and was still unable to receive their signal even after getting a new interent box.  I cancelled their service and got Century link which is great but, now Plateau is sending me a bill for  $200 because I broke contract with them.  I don't think they should since I had really bad service from them.  The man that installed my century link told me he had buildt the Plateau system and unless you are close to their north or south tower you will get bad service.  Well, they should have told me that in the first place and I wouldn't have gone with them but, they neglected to tell me that. It was so bad, I almost gave up using the internet.

The electrician showed up on time on the date he said he would show up.

He brought everything he needed with him; tools and parts.

He added another breaker and plug so I would have a spare outlet.

Everything was done in a couple hours and he cleaned up after he had finished.

The charge for labor and parts, 130 dollars, I feel was extremely reasonable.

Went smoothly from beginning to end. Owner came by day before with employee that was going to do the job. He prepared what he could in advance and arrived on time the next morning. He kept us informed as to what was happening and the owner was on the job site thru out the day. Owner was on site when Excel hooked us back up and when job was inspected. Job site was left spotless.

As it turns out, the man seemed confused and said and quot;he didn't know when he could come by and give a quote. Maybe in a couple of days?and quot; He took my phone number and said he would call back when they could schedule it. I have heard nothing. Disappointing. I don't know if the group does quality work or not, as I did not get past the phone call. I did find a different electrician who, unfortunately, is not on Angie's List.

There were two technicians. One was extremely knowledgeable with this specific outdoor flood light. They were quickly installed. One flashed on and off the first evening. I called Jand G and the technician came right away and adjusted the light so the photolense was not conflicting with the lights. I have not had any other problems. I have used Jand G for almost 20 years. They guaranteed their work.

They did a great job. My experience with them was very good. They were very knowledgeable. This was the first time I had called them to fix this, but it was the third time someone had attempted to fix it. They got it fixed the first time, and it has been working flawlessly since. I would use only them in the future if I need to.

He was excellent when he was here. He talked to me about what he would be doing and about ways where I could save money, but I am a little disappointed that I haven't got an official quote from him yet. I would like to use his services, but that would depend on the price that he is giving for the work that I want to have done and after I compare it with a few other quotes from other companies.
