Excellent. The gentlemen were very professional, very friendly and informative and did an outstanding job installing in literally one day. The patio cover looks great. It is sturdy, looks beautiful and has given us the opportunity to enjoy our back porch now, out of the blazing sun.

    Advanced American Construction Inc.

Advanced American Construction built a stucco carport adjacent to our existing home in Rio Rancho. We are very happy with the way it turned out. In every way it meets our expectations. Due to a long cold stretch in January, they were not able to complete the stucco work until early February. Otherwise, the workers were here working in the cold on the framing, electrical and roofing.

Before they started building, I had professional plans for the carport drawn up. At the start of the project, George came out and went over our plans and what I was expecting, suggested some changes, and let me know what they would do and what the total cost would be. During the project, I think George stopped by every day he had workers on site to make sure everything was proceeding smoothly. He also took care of scheduling the various inspections. George was easy to work with and the final price was the same as we had originally agreed on, in spite of some minor changes. We would not hesitate to use Advanced American Construction again for additional projects.

The carport nicely matches to rest of our house and we now have a nice place to store our camper. The carport is nice enough we were even considering using it as a front patio. If Angieslist would allow, I would attach a picture of the finished project.

    SOUTHWEST SUNROOMS
Horrible. Jim Horner is a crook. He changed the name of his company in the middle of our job due to many complaints. We never got all of our screens. Supposed to have a life time warranty but can't find him now. CROOK! Do not do business with this man. His business used to be called Southwest Sunrooms and the Better Way Builders, Inc. I thought we could trust him because he is a former Marine. He is a disgrace. No honor there.

    Reliant Capitol
It was fine. The team of installers were very polite, kind to our children and protective of our home. They wore boots on their feet to avoid bringing in any additional dirt. They were efficient and timely. We were very impressed with the workmanship. We had previously had windows installed by another individual and there was no comparison as to the craftsmanship provided by Reliant Capitol. Would I use them again? You bet, they are returning this summer to do some more window installations.

    It went great!!!!!!!!!!!
I couldn't be happier with my addition. I have a laundry room now, master bedroom, office, and this huge amazing custom patio. I enjoyed working with David, he is so intelligent and really knows how to tackle every reconstructing situation. Always kept me informed and completed the job on schedule. Will definitely call back.

    Hunter Builders LLC
David and company did an excellent job with our home addition. We love
our new four seasons room. The project was completed on time at a price
in line with the original estimate. The whole Hunter Builders team was
focused on quality, and paid attention to details, sometimes staying
after end of the workday to ensure that things were done right and that
they'd be ready for the next step tomorrow. We couldn't have asked for
better service, and we're thrilled with the end result.
I was also happy that David emphasized that Hunter Builders is licensed,
bonded, and insured. It gave me peace of mind to know that he had his
bases covered and that I would not be held liable for an on-the-job
accident. I really appreciated his professionalism and friendly service.

    Sandia Sunrooms and Windows
The concrete subcontractor did a great job, as did the electrical subcontractor. The installer who supervised the construction reeked of alcohol every day and the finishing work was rough and unsightly.the project started later than promised for logistical reasons and once the materials were on site, assembly took longer than promised. We intended to use this sunroom as a living space with air conditioning and heating and Sandia Sunrooms provided the combination unit and brought in the electrical service at an additional price. They had NO IDEA what the proper size unit would be for the space, based on thermal qualities if a sunroom and the AC was grossly inadequate. After much back and forth hassle, they removed the AC unit and refunded the cost. I had some water leakage due to lack of caulking at time of construction. Sandia did send someone out to caulk and I have had no additional leakage. Overall, the customer service, after the construction, was responsive and friendly. I wish I had not done this type of construction. For the price, I could have had the same square footage stick-built with proper heating and cooling.

    Sandia Sunrooms and Windows
The sunroom was built and shipped to the business. The only complaint we have is that the sunroom sat at the business for a few weeks before we had an install date (hence the punctuality mark). We were informed it was on hand, but had to wait for an install time that seemed to take quite awhile.
The install itself took three days. The two installers were very professional, polite and offered educational conversation the whole time making us feel informed about the whole process. They left the work site clean of the debris created in the process of installing our custom sunroom.

    Embark General Contractor
We received an estimate from Mario on 7-10-12, and hired Embark Construction on 7-16-12.  Due to events on both ends - no one's fault, the work was not begun until 10-08-12.  The work was completed on 10-26, 4 days after the agreed-on finish date.  Mario was going to pay us the penalty agreeed upon for going over the contract date.  But we were so pleaseed with the work, that we waived the penalty fee.
All of those involved in this remodel - Manny, Eric, and Mario - were very professional, and did a professional-quality remodel.  the price was reasonable - the lowest bid we received - and they were responsive to our requests.
We were very pleased with this company, and would use them again.

    Narrow Leaf Inc
We contacted Narrow Leaf based on impressive photos of their previous work. We had lost a shade tree over our front porch/patio area were looking for a great-looking, yet functional, alternative. We had a very specific design in mind for our shade structure/ patio cover, which allowed for solar gain in winter, and shade in summer. Tom arrived for the evaluation/estimate very promptly, gave careful consideration of our plans, and contributed some additional ideas that we really liked. He was able to evaluate potential difficulties with the project, and suggest solutions. He even seemed enthusiastic at the prospect! We signed on.As the specific plans continued to evolve, Tom remained available to trouble-shoot and revise fine details (we were that specific in what we wanted and hoped to accomplish with this project!)- including special staining, choice of wood, carving, etc.The Narrow Leaf crew showed up as scheduled. They were efficient, polite- and they knew their stuff. Very exacting-  even redoing a section that didn't meet their very high standards. (They insisted. Really). Despite the exacting nature of our project, it was completed within the promised time frame. The end result is everything we had hoped; it's beautifully designed and constructed, functional, and enhances the appearance of our home. We could not be more pleased, or recommend Tom and Narrow Leaf more highly!
