    During a short weekday visit, representative Savananah Garcia answered all of my questions. I told her that I needed to research a little more, and that I would return the following week if I wished to purchase. I have a very unpredictable schedule, and was only able to return on a Saturday. This happened to be her day off, yet she insisted on meeting me at the store. She arrived when she said. and promptly completed the sale for me. Savannah was very professional and knowledgeable and went out of her way to assure that I was a happy customer.

    This is a known problem with the older Samsung TVs. I thought it was the capacitors which I could replace at a minimal cost, but upon inspection the capacitors were not blown. So I turned to Angie's List for a service provider. The shop staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I did not have the repair done because cost to replace the power board would total$313, just a couple hundred less than a new TV. So decided to have them recycle it. I got 10 really good years out of that Samsung 46" without any problems until now. Only had to pay for diagnostics.

    Was already shopping to replace 14 year old Samsung 55" that had developed a ghost on left side of screen. Read review of Master Television Service here and decided to give David a call. So glad I did. David picked up t.v. next day, repaired it, and delivered back to me the next afternoon. Very happy with his responsiveness, professionalism and price. Thanks for great service!

    I would never use this company again, nor would I ever recommend this company to anyone. They are completely inattentive to their clients and are totally unprofessional in their responsiveness or lack there of. Their accounting is horrendous and you can never get a straight answer from them. They do not return phone calls and more often than not will not even answere their office line. BEWARE!

    Horrible. The disaster happened with storage. They lost multiple boxes, damaged my Bose sound system and ruined the canopy on an outdoor swing. I filed a claim twice, emailed to Alicia and Chris, two weeks ago and have not been even given the courtesy to contact me back. I called this morning, September 2, 2016 and have been on hold for over 1/2 hour. They were the most expensive out of the three moving companies I interviewed but from reviews I thought they would be worth it. Unfortunately I was wrong. I do plan on contacting DOT and filing a complaint. Do not use them

    A&G sold us and installed a new Cooler.  We have a 3500 sq ft home and the cooler has been amazing at keeping the place cool even in our desert heat!  They came out and made an initial estimate.  And they were spot on with the final cost.  They installed the cooler as well as an internal thermostat as the new "swamp cooler" has an auto off and on based on the temperature in the home.  We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided as well as the product they sold us.

    Perfectly!? When I relocated there were several other activities that required the majority of my attention. I knew I could trust Tracy to do everything necessary to efficiently get the house packed out, the movers in and to meet me, with my cats, at the other end. The move went flawlessly and with her help I was unpacked and settled into the new house within two days. When Mother was relocated timing was critical so she could easily be taken to the new facility after her lunch outing. Tracy had everything set up and was out of the way in ample time to make the transition work. When I give Tracy a research project we set up the parameters to ensure I have data that will be useful. Tracy is expert at questioning the purpose to hone in on the details and not spend time looking for trivial information. I know that I can always count on Tracy to be on time, to find creative and effective solutions to the many challenges I throw her way. I have referred Tracy to many friends. They all have different projects for Tracy and all of them now consider Tracy invaluable.

    After waiting 10 months for initial primary care appointment, was ecstatic to finally have a doctor. The Dr himself is great, but the system/ management of details is pathetic. One might expect that speaking face to face with a secretary, or med asst would be the same as speaking to your Dr , as far as scheduling bloodwork or getting prescriptions renewed. There seems to be a long chain of communication, with the end of the chain dangling off a cliff.  I had bloodwork scheduled  prior to an upcoming physical and drove 80 miles in for it, only to be told the order was not there at the lab. I had to go  to my Drs receiving area and talk to a secretary who said the med asst/P.A. who could figure out the problem was not there that day. I had to leave, but expected a phone call which never came, and 3 days later I had to call in myself, spend 30 minutes talking to 4 people,  to have it arranged (supposedly).
    This kind of thing has happened three times over the last 9 months.  I will be looking elsewhere for medical service worthy of a human being.
    HOWEVER, the hospital which admitted me from the ER gave me good care. The ER itself was not caring at all,  I had serious gastroenteritis and they tried to send me home after 6 hours, when in fact, I needed hospital care for 3 days. I had to talk my way into being admitted which the average person could not do, nor should
     have  to.

    There was a "special" to ready swamp coolers for $59.00 so I purchased it on Angie's List. The special said he would contact me within two business days to schedule, it took less than two HOURS. I was unable to schedule at that time and sent a note back to him a day later asking if he was able to come out on Friday. Only 4 days notice at a time everyone wants this service done . He was able to work me in on Thursday (today) so that we would not have to go over the weekend in the heat. He came over and was able to simply wash the existing filters as they were still in great shape and replaced a small tube. I was not charged any more money than what I had paid through Angie's List for this service, although I was totally expecting to be charged for at least new filters. He was totally honest that I did not need them replaced just cleaned and didn't charge me for the tube he replaced. I will for sure be calling Ivan to come out in the fall when its time to ready the furnace and shut down the swamp cooler. I will also be calling him to run a gas line to my kitchen so I can change my stove from electric to gas  soon. Very impressed and so happy to have found an honest repairman! I will recommend him highly. He gets an A+ in my book.

    This is the first "service special" I have purchased through Angie's List and I am very impressed how smooth it went.

    I will not hesitate to purchase specials through them again.

    It was a great experience.  I had dreaded taking my machines to someone who would keep them for 2 or 3 weeks. He called me back quickly made an appointment for the next day.    Rick came to the house exactly on time.  He was very friendly and also efficient.  I highly recommend him.  The price was very good especially for a house call.
