Martin runs a tight crew and always took time to answer questions with a smile. Mike worked diligently often on his own as one of the crew had a family emergency. AContemporary PaintingBuddy and his team did an outstanding job on making our large western cedar wood Pergola look like new again. They sanded down all of the slats and beams, power washed and applied a redwood penofin. They took the time to apply the penofin by hand because spraying it on doesn't look nearly as good. We are extremely happy with the results because the pergola looks better now than when it was brand new. Buddy and his team are courteous, always show up on time and go the extra mile to ensure the work space is kept neat and clean. Above all else Buddy has a keen eye for detail and takes great pride in his workmanship. He doesn't take shortcuts like some contractors do. ADanCare Carpet Tile & Upholstery Cleaning IncDan was extremely thorough and conscientious in his approach as was the rest of this team. He is extremely respectful, engaging, responsive and analytic. His depth of knowledge about cleaning all surfaces as well as his work ethic is peerless. He is interested in doing the best for his customers and understanding the requirements of the job. When a challenge presented itself on the job site, he was able to accommodate and rectify the issue. His integrity is exemplary and it is no wonder that he consistently gets the best ratings on Angies List. Without reservation, I recommend Dan and his team for the cleaning of all types of surfaces. I have worked with dozens of subcontractors in a recent renovation and I would definitely rate Dan at the top of the pile for professionalism, follow-through and problem solving. They mentioned they would have to wait to schedule services until the promotion ends. And then they would schedule a block of customers that lived in the same area. AOctavio's Painting LLCOctavio came out himself and did my estimate. He showed me a few samples and described the process and timeline. The whole thing took four days. One to power wash the walls, one to do crack and hole repair and two to paint (trim one day, walls the next). The entire crew was very skilled and hard workers but Carlos, the stucco guy, was practically an artist. He did an amazing job fixing cracks and hiding old repairs. This is a 50 year old house and there were several areas that had seen DIY work. You can't get rid of all of that but these guys did an amazing job. Both family and neighbors were impressed by how great the house looks now! I will certainly go back to Octavio's for future work.- Boomer K.

AiClean LLCI found iClean through Google local. They have good ratings as an honest reliable business and their website is professional with good info. I called iClean for the initial cleaning service. Adan was professional and answered all the questions I had. This is the first time I have used a cleaning service. I was a little nervous about not being present when they arrived, because of my small indoor dog. But when I arrived, I had found that not only were they careful that the dog didn't get out, but also that they were friendly and playful with my dog. They made friends instantly. This is important to me, because my dog is a member of the family. His safety is important. The house was cleaned from top to bottom, dishes, floors, door windows, fan blades, dusted,beds, carpets, stairs, bathrooms, etc. The cleaning crew was careful with my delicate items and put things away like they knew exactly where I kept things. My kids rooms looked fantastic and the furniture was polished. Overall I am very pleased with iClean and have recommended them to my family and friends.- Albert L.

AiClean LLCAdan was hired to clean a VERY dirty home that had been a rental that is being put up for sale. There's no describing how dirty this home was. Fortunately, the walls had been painted and the carpet replaced before he got there. His crew was also hired to clean the VERY dirty windows and tracks, and to pressure wash the interior of a VERY dirty garage, and to pressure wash the driveway due to an oil stain. They arrived on time, were very professional, and did a fantastic job!! I doubt this home had been cleaned in 6 years...that's how dirty it was. In fact, I was not surprised one bit that there were a few things that got missed, and when I called them back to take care of it, the way they responded was extremely professional and timely. AFrom the moment I called to get an estimate, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Joshua Miller came out to inspect the old unit and promptly gave me a written quote. The quote was lower than one I had received from another plumbing company for a 14 seer unit. Darion and Erik who did the installation were prompt, very professional and courteous, explaining everything they did, showing me photos, etc. They went the extra mile to make the unit look nice from the street. When having the unit inspected by the city of Rio Rancho, the inspector told me they had done a superb job, one of the best he had seen. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for some plumbing issues in the future.
