Joshua Miller came out to inspect the old unit and promptly gave me a written quote. The quote was lower than one I had received from another plumbing company for a 14 seer unit. Darion and Erik who did the installation were prompt, very professional and courteous, explaining everything they did, showing me photos, etc. They went the extra mile to make the unit look nice from the street. When having the unit inspected by the city of Rio Rancho, the inspector told me they had done a superb job, one of the best he had seen. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for some plumbing issues in the future.- Suzanne D.

BAlbuquerque Plumbing Heating & CoolingThe tech who showed up was really creepy (kept asking me if I lived alone) and also didn't bother to tell me that the pump was broken when he turned the swamp cooler on. He tried to convince me I needed a new furnace and quoted me $6k for it. I had another HVAC person come look at it and they were able to do a simple repair for less than $300.- Marie L.

Really appreciated their patience with the trouble shooting that was required to actually find the problem before they fixed it. Once the problem was located, they went about their work in a very efficient and professional manner. Very polite and courteous and thorough, went the extra mile to lay down protective coverings in the house and also cleaned up very nicely afterwards before they left. They completely replaced old flex tubing with new materials (not an easy feat in a flat roofed house) Would highly recommend them, and would definitely hire them again.- Jackie H.

AMy upstairs A/C unit stopped working in the middle of summer after we had completely replaced the outside unit less than two years ago. I called a few other local places and couldn't get appointments for 8+ days out. After getting a hold of Wesley on a Tuesday afternoon, he was at my house the next morning, ordered the part, and had it installed the next day. If this isn't incredible customer service, I don't know what is. Not only was he very professional, he also educated us in how to maintain our units to be more efficient. 10/10 would recommend this company and will absolutely work with them again in the future!

ACalled Scott at Jones Mechanical after reading glowing reviews on his installation of tankless water heaters. We had a second floor water heater leak and didn't want to deal with that again. Scott and Andrew came one afternoon and worked non stop to finish installation. They were extremely professional and well organized. While Scott did main install, Andrew was on roof installing exhaust vent and other necessary tasks. They were a well oiled machine to be sure. Scott did and excellent job of answering all my questions. The installation went well and the new tankless system looks and works great! I'll be contacting Jones Mechanical for all my future plumbing needs.
