    Westside Glass Inc
Extremely well. I was driving home and a rock struck my windshield leaving a pit and about an inch long crack. I drive straight to Westside Glass in Rio Rancho. Even though it was almost closing time, they took my vehicle right back and fixed the chip/crack. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. You have to hunt hard to find where the rock struck my windshield. This is the fourth time I have taken cracked windshields to Westside Glass. They'll always get my business.

In mid-Nov I dropped off 8 completely refinished upper Kitchen Cabinet doors to Rio Rancho Glass @ 1503 Golf Course Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124 to have glass put in to update my Kitchen in anticipation of putting my house on the market by Dec 1st. I was told that this would take 5 to 10 days to complete. After 2 weeks I contacted them to find out the status and was told the owner would return my call. I never received a call back. After another week I contacted them again and was told the same thing and again never received a call. I called two days later and again was told I would get a call back, so I told them if I did not get a call back with a timeline of completion by Dec 9th, I may have to come and get them to take somewhere else. I never heard from them. I went in on the 9th and waited over an hour for the owner to come out of his office to speak to me. He then showed me my doors and they were split and broken to pieces, saying it was my fault as I refinished them prior to putting glass in making them brittle and rushed them( I was told by them to do it this way and have since talked to other glass shops and was told to stain them first). I told them to fix them( even though I had my doubts they could accomplish this) and was told they would do so and the owner said he would keep me informed. I was never called and when I would call, was told that they were waiting on the glass. By January I had suspicions that they were not planning on doing anything. When I expressed this to the receptionist, she told me the owner would call me. He did not! Not once during this whole ordeal or to this date have I receive a call from them! I have since had to order all new Cabinet doors including all the lower ones as they could not be matched. This has been very time consuming as well as extremely costly. What started as a $380. upgrade has turned into well over a $1500. mistake. My realtor has put out the word to all agents in the area, Not to use this company and I will be sure everyone on social media /internet knows about their shoddy business practices!

    Plascos Building Beautiful Bathrooms
Overall it went well. It took a little longer than we expected but in the end it was all good. In the master bath we had wall-to-wall mirrors removed, enclosed and boxed light fixtures removed, counter top removed, walls repaired and textured, new lights installs, and the shower door replaced. New sinks, sink faucets and shower hardware was installed. In the full bath we had a large mirror removed, enclosed and boxed light fixture removed, wall repaired and textured, new light installed and the glass shower enclosure removed. New sink faucet and shower hardware was installed. In the 3/4 bath we had a large mirror removed, enclosed and boxed light fixture removed, wall repaired and textured, new light installed and the glass shower enclosure updated. New sink faucet and shower hardware was installed. Pete, Bryan, Eli and the rest of the crew were friendly and professional. We appreciated that they put sheeting down to protect the carpeting and they cleaned up at the end of each day. In the kitchen, the ceiling that was bowing was removed, the area inspected for mold, the section was repaired and textures. The texture matches very well. We would recommend Plasco Sales.

Someone came the same day to measure.  Since Form-Cove had installed the shower & door when the house was built, they had the exact same model in stock and installed it two days later -- would have done so the next day if I had been available.  The installer took away all of the broken glass (which I had already cleaned up) and the old door frame, installed the new door, and came back a few days later to replace a faulty gasket which was causing a small leak -- problem was solved.

    Advanced American Construction Inc.
The previous contractor did not seal the shower pan or dry wall.
AAC removed the damaged drywall, removed the old shower pan and damaged
2x4s.  Had to wait 3 weeks for them to schedule the rebuild but it was
worth it.  The did everything to code and sealed not only the new shower
pan, but sealed the drywall from floor to sealing.  We provided the new tile, shower fixtures, and shower door.
They installed everything with just a little guidance from my wife as to design and aesthetics.

Bud was amazing.   Very informative (didn't know what kind of windows were in the house) and very quick.  He clearly knows his craft and enjoys it too.  I am very pleased with the quality and service I received.
I highly recommend this company and would advise ensuring you have Bud do the work.

I had a fantastic experience with them.  After getting three estimates I chose Glass-Rite because they had the most reasonable prices while still providing excellent quality products.  I really like the fact that their manufacturing site is in Albuquerque so there is no added shipping costs, and that the installers are employees of the company, are not contracted.

They came on time and spent the entire days working at my house.  All the workers were friendly, courteous and professional.  I highly recommend this company and tell anyone who mentions the need to get new windows to call Glass-Rite.

I was also very impressed with their work in converting three 3x5 windows in my living room that were side by side but separated by wall into one large (beautiful) window with two casement windows on the edges.  They had to open the wall to put in a new header beam to support the new opening.  They did a fantastic job!  Also, all the new windows have made an incredible difference in how much heat comes in from sunlight.  In two of my west facing rooms the afternoon sunlight would turn them into ovens, now, the added heat at the height of the day is barely noticeable.  If you are considering new windows to replace outdated ones, do it!  And be sure to contact Glass-Rite.  I completely renovated my home and worked with eleven different contractors, while I had great work done by almost all, Glass-Rite is the one that I recommend equivocally.

It was good. One person came out. The house windows took a couple of hours. The car took an hour or so. I would tell a friend or family member to go to them. The house windows cost $700.00. The car windows cost about $150.00.

I called the day before to see if I could get a small piece of glass cut while I waited.  I went in the next day, and the guy at the counter was friendly, the place was clean and professional....and, while I was waiting, another employee (who did not see me being helped by the first guy) asked if I had been helped.  I was in and out, and the staff was professional and friendly...!

    D & B GLASS CO
Representative was polite, informative, and straightforward on the phone. Technicians' trips for measuring and installation were on time and they seemed knowledgeable and professional. The glazing itself appears well-assembled. Installation was performed quickly, maybe a little too quickly. My only complaint is that the silicone sealant that holds the glazing to the frame was applied somewhat unevenly. I think they should have at least wiped off the excess silicone around the corners.
