AOver The Top Garage Doors and OpenersExcellent service! On the day the spring broke, disabling the opener system, Jeff was able to find room in their schedule only a day and-a-half away. Very convenient since a family car was "trapped" in the garage! Jeff called about a half-hour before arriving on the scheduled day, arrived when they said, and got to repairing the door after a review of what needed to be done. They had the parts needed, and they quickly did the needed repair. They then operated the door while observing it, verified they had done the repair adequately, found a few minor needed tune-up items, and fixed those items. APrecision Garage Doori got a same day appointment and Jeff Peres was my technician. He thoroughly explained my options and gave me price points for all options. Felt like he was honest and upfront-no hidden costs. He gave me the options and I chose the higher end per my preference of wifi enabled. Our doors were installed a little too close to the wall and was causing the door to snag a little at the top when closing. He fixed it and now when the openers close the door it’s smooth with no more catching at the top. Honestly if you’re looking for someone to do a good job and not have you wait two weeks for work to be done Faithful Garage is the place to go! They are responsive and will take the time needed to give you a finished project that is both up to your standards and theirs. I explained to him that I had another company that was supposed to install the garage door openers on 10-23-2020 And they called at the last minute to cancel. He informed me that he could do the garage opener install that same day! He came and got the measurements for the doors and got the openers and installed on a Friday night from 4:30-8pm! I was very impressed and very happy! I have no light in the garage and for him to take the time to get it done as fast as possible on the day I had been told by a competitor they would do it was amazing! I’m very impressed! I called David at Legendary Doors on a Thursday late afternoon and he was at my house first thing the next morning to take care of the spring and opener. AMartin and his crew did an absolutely amazing job. They installed a door where there was an empty arch doorway. The finished work blended so nicely it looks like there's always been a door there. They matched the paint perfectly. We are so very impressed to all the attention to detail and thorough explanation of what was going to be done. Martin listened attentively and asked clarifying questions to ensure he understood our needs. We will be using Martin and his business for all our remodeling projects moving forward. The professional crew came in, demolished the work in progress and began anew, repairing and installing correctly and professionally. AJob went smoothly. Local family owned company. Luciano showed up when he said he would. He explained the entire process and answered all questions. After agreeing on work to be done and price they met their schedule. Removal and reinstall of exterior light and downspouts was included in the price. Professional Coatings trowels on the finish coat rather than spraying and knock down and gave our house a new look exterior. Seven year warantee on the stucco and ten years on the chimney caps. It's been fifteen years since our house was last re-stuccoed and based on what I saw during the job I expect this job to well exceed that before needing work. AFelipe and his crew did a large project for me (back porch) and myriad smaller items to repair our new home. Short version: I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them, but you need to be engaged. They are not a set-and-forget crew. In general, the quality of the work is high. The porch is exactly as we imagined it and we're quite happy. The only issues I have with some of the work is the fit and finish. Roofing nails missing the joists weren't redone, so now there are nails hanging into my porch. The ramset nails they used to attach the base plate to the concrete pad had some kind of wax/rubber around them which wasn't completely removed prior to painting, so there are weird nubs sticking up on the base plate. Some of the screws on door moulding weren't puttied over. The biggest issue I had with them was communication and scheduling. Felipe forgot a few parts of the project and things got dropped a few times. It worked out because I was paying close attention, but I think he may just have too much going on so things will fall between the cracks. Scheduling was a regular issue. Our project took place right outside of our bedroom, so we wanted to know the night before if they would be there. It was about 50/50 whether they'd give us that heads up. They also broke an expensive high security lock and I was not reimbursed or discounted. On the scale of the project, it was a rounding error in cost, but it's the principle of the matter on that one.
