    Our couches and chairs are spectacular and oh so comfortable! We began to wonder if all was well with our order, but that very evening, the owner brought our entire order, carrying it in on a broken ankle in a knee-high cast! We have enjoyed outstanding service, and fine quality at very reasonable prices. We will return for more in the near future.

    I guess they contract it out. It was good. I can't complain. I don't think they had the most up to date heating and air conditioning products. They don't do it themselves. They have contractors. The pricing was good. I went to another store first and the pricing at Lowe's for everything I was getting was a better price. I would use them again but I would make sure the unit I was getting was a current model. It was good service, just make sure the contractors don't try to pawn off their inventory on you. They were professional. They didn't stop the whole time they were installing it. They didn't even take a break. The area was clean.

    Spectacularly well. The desk fits me to "t". Michael does superior work. His attention to detail was perfect. I described my needs and little touches like an overhang edge to use for leverage if needed up from a chair. He listened and paid attention to all the little details like a comfortable spacious top for spreading out to work easily. We plan to use him again soon to make us a replacement front door. Solved two problems with one call when I found Michael on Angies list. Wish all of life's projects were so easy.

    If couldn't be happier. Tom replaced the sheared screws with bolts, then added more bolts to ensure strength and stability. He also reinforced the mechanism. The chair is as good as new! In addition, Tom provided excellent service, keeping me informed along the way, and did the work for less than the estimate.

    I had an ignitor go out on a Burner on a Gas range.  I paid for the 5 Year warranty.  When the service man arrived he switched ignitors from the back burner to the front burner.  In doing so he broke one of the ignitors and said he would return with in a week.  So 3 weeks later we call service and are call is answered by GABE.  Gabe tells us it was abuse, DUE to pets or corrosion.  They do not cover Pets on stoves or rust from corrosion.  I do not have pets in the house.. Well I do have fish in an aquarium, but keep them off the stove and in a aquarium.  Then I ask if part of my warranty will be refunded as the does not cover anything it seems.  I was advised I was out of luck.. But they will mail me a copy of my warranty.  I have bought several washers, dryers and stoves from them before.  But seems they only want to sell the warranty now and not repair the appliances.  I will go to a big box mart in the future as I know what to expect from them in advance

    I called about a detail on a 9 year old car. They gave me a great deal which includes interior and exterior detailing, shampooing carpet and upholstery for around $100. The detailer did a AWESOME job. My car has never been detailed until now and I will definitely come back again.

    My effort to contact this company began in December 2013.  Mr. Lusk and I had several good conversations regarding the nature of the work I wished to have done.  In January he came to my house and reviewed the piece of furniture involved.  He agreed he could do the job.  Despite several follow up calls on my part to firm up a date for pick-up of  the piece of furniture, he never followed up.  I believe he must have a lot of work - bigger and more lucrative jobs.  If you are interested in engaging him on a small or medium size job, it probably is not worth his time. It bothers me that I cannot write a good review for his company since I really believe he could do a professioal job of the type I am looking for.
    I am now looking for another company or person to take on this job.

    TOPS!  Great delivery - on time, called first!
    Sales person knows the product and went over all specs.
    Delivery men had no trouble getting the large appliance in my home. No damages to item or home.
    I will use them again. This store is always doing their best to service the customer.  I love this store because they are just that good!

    Owner Steve Chavez did a terrific job of reupholstering three cushions for me. He completed the job ahead of schedule and was very easy to work with. The job cost more than I had anticipated, but that's because I chose the most expensive fabric available. I am very pleased with the finished product and plan to take him cushions from another chair soon.

    Al's Upholstery
    I called them up and said "Do you repair leather?" and they said "Yes". So I got there but they said they don't do that repair, they'll replace it. What I was hoping for like $20 touched up. They were thinking $300 for a new seat base. They did not do the work. They never quoted. They just said they will not repair, they want to replace it. I said then I don't want to quote.
