ADanCare Carpet Tile & Upholstery Cleaning IncIt went well. We are in a pandemic and the monsoons never came. Days have hovered over 95 for a very long time. But, in spite of these inconveniences, Marcos and Ismael arrived cheerful and eager to work. Initially, we explained our problem areas. We pointed out an area that one of our cats mistakenly uses as her bathroom. They explained the treatment they use and the additional cost. One treatment wasn't enough. So, it was done a second time. I am very happy that my light brown carpet is no longer grey. It was a pleasure to work with Marcus and Ismael. They took extra care for our concerns and worked efficiently toward completing the job.- Karen B.

BThey were came on time and very efficient . They gave me a discount. They did a really good job. The only thing they told me that it will be done in five hours. It took more than 24 hours to dry. I had check to see if the couch was dry. As I look in the cushion of the couch, I had found, napkins, black plastic bag and tissues. Did not leave a good feeling. They put a tarp on the floor and did the cleaning on top. The surface of my floor look mottled.

Aexcellent - Klean Force uses an outside lab to analyze the mold & determine type which I think is important. Gary was very responsive and when they started remediation, the black mold was worse than expected. They were helpful in determining the source of the leak, which confirmed the fix we had done. The remediation was a neat as possible. I would recommend them for any testing and remediation.

AShawn, owner and service tech for Klean Dry, did an EXCELLENT job cleaning the carpets in a house we are putting up for sale. There were some very dark stains from a former tenants cat (hairballs/catfood) that were very difficult to remove. Shawn machine cleaned them twice and the stains reappeared both times. The third time he came back and sprayed them with a special solution and the stains totally disappeared. Carpets in all the rooms look like new!!

AThe Maids company has been cleaning my house every other week for 7 years. I have been quite satisfied with their work. The team leaders go out of their way to make sure things are done the way I want them and all the workers seem eager to please. There is a big turnover in workers but the team leaders work hard to make sure the quality of work does not suffer. I should note that I have the advantage of being home while they are cleaning my house so I can make any suggestions for improvement on the spot.
