  • Never hired them. Very unprofessional on the phone, one of those "Hello?" when you call, and ends out being someone's fly by night moving service ran off of their cell phone. After asking if I had the right place, I hear "Yeah, I move hot tubs". We discuss what I need for some time, and he tells me that this has to happen at night or on a weekend as this is a side business and he has "a real job". States that I'll need to provide some materials for the move. Asks me to text photos and such, and never heard back again. Ended up contacting the delivery company and they charged me $125 to move the tub and supplied everything, as they should. Not sure if this person has family reviewing him elsewhere.   • A couple weeks went by and I had still not seen a new jet, so I called them to see what the problem was.  I was assured that the providing company had just dropped the ball and I would have my new jet shortly.  Another week went by, still no jet so I called again.  Same story.  This went on for a few weeks and I was fed the same line every time.  Eventually, they stopped answering my calls.  I have left numerous messages and have yet to receive a call back.  I have complained to the BBB and the attorney general and both said that the company did not respond.  I will be filing a small claims court case within the next 2 weeks.  My Spa has been rendered useless because not only did they not deliver the new part that I already paid for, but they also took my old part with them so I have no way of even trying to find the right part on my own or through another company.  Not only can I not use my hot tub, but I can't even get it fixed!  I will be suing them for a used hot tub of equal value.  I spent over $500. to get my hot tub up and running & I don't think it's too much to expect to have that be the case for the price I paid.....regardless of what it costs the company who rendered my spa useless and cost me the use of it for the past 3 months.  Not to mention however long it will take for litigation.  At this point, I'm not even sure the jet needed replacing.  I would be happy with my money back for the jet plus the old jet to settle this matter, but I presume that will not happen due to the company's unwillingness to even answer my calls or respond to my complaints.  If I could get my old jet back and it was, in fact, faulty, at least I would be able to show it to a supplier and/or get a part number off of it to order a new one.  Otherwise, I am completely helpless.

  • I called them about a broken pulley rope and Mike and his assistant came out to survey the cover. The rope was indeed broken but my existing cover had been in use for about 7 years and was frayed on the edges.
    They recommended replacing the cover which I agreed to. They measured the area and my wife I selected the fabric color. They ordered the cover and I think it came in ~ 2 weeks later. They came back and did the removal of existing cover and replaced with the new one and it's been working great.
    Highly recommend them.

  • We purchased a house with a hot tub and were new to hot tubs. When we tried to get the hot tub to heat up, it would not. Hot Sprngs send a great tech out that showed us how the tub works as well as diagnosed the problem correctly immediately. The repair was reasonable and he even suggested a maintenance item that should be replaced that we would not have known about otherwise. Very happy with Hot Springs and will definitely use them in the future.

  • Mr Poper was a very courteous and professional individual. His crew were professional and handled the project with minimal down time. The end result made our 16 year old pool look brand new in addition to allowing us more enjoyment with the addition of the slide. We would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of pool repair in a New-York minute.

  • The guy was VERY knowledgeable and even gave me tips to save money. He explained the difference in covers and I really felt like he wasn't going to sell me something I didn't need. He was very friendly and a much better experience than my last pool service.

  • When the guy showed up he said he was there to "winterize" my pool. I explained he was there to clean it. When he saw my pool he said "we don't clean above ground pools but I will do it since I came all the way out here" (This is after I had to come get him because he drove to the wrong house). A little over an hour later, he said he was finished and that I would have to finish cleaning it myself as he had gotten me started. He then said the work he had done was $100 and that I would have to pay $50 because he had to come to Los Lunas. The girl on the phone never mentioned the fee! I paid and sent him on his way. My pool had some sand in the bottom and needed to be flushed a few times. Basically, I paid $150 to have sand moved around my pool and have someone tell me to clean it myself. They should have told me about the $50 fee when I called and should have finished the work for me or done nothing at all. They also should have map-quested my house. Completely unprofessional service!

  • The guy came out and was very friendly. He showed us how things work, and gave us recommendations on what to buy (from any local store) for maintenance. He taught us everything we needed to know and did not try to sell us on his services or products. Very helpful and someone we felt comfortable calling if we have questions.
