    Euro Painting, Inc.
The whole process was very smooth considering how many unexpected situations popped up. When I tore up the old tiles i damaged the underlying concrete so badly that Euro Painting had to put down a self leveling cement to make the process possible. I was offered the choice of doing this myself or having them do it and I chose to have Euro Painting do this. It turned out excellent. The floor Turned out extremely nicely, it looks like a piece of art that you would find in a museum. They also resurfaced our table and that turned out extremely well.

    JE Painting Co.
I needed painting for baseboards, door trim, doors, caulking, and also some interior corner repairs that required scaffold. Crew was responsive to my request, on time, and professional. I would hire them again.

Lone Mountain Roofing- J3 Systems LLC
From beginning to end, excellent service and product delivery. Punctual and cost competitive. Finished in one day, with small follow up day 2. As a favor, mounted a weathervane on the roof Id been struggling with.

    American Painting
Chris was very polite and made sure the job was done exactly as we desired. Our house has never looked better. Very professional and very neat and clean. Chris made the accent wall (Venetian plaster) look great. I love it. Can't wait to have him back to do more projects. Thank you.

Lone Mountain Roofing- J3 Systems LLC
This roof has performed well, looks good, there have been no alterations to it, nor other issues in the past 8 years. Josh, one of the owners of Lone Mountain, came, I thought, to provide an estimate for the drain and evaluate the alleged seam issue as I requested. He immediately told me that the maker of the roof material was no longer in business and that the warrantee now only covered labor and I would need to pay any material costs now. He skirted the issue of the small seam area, and instead, threatened me that he would not provide me with a warrantee transfer to the new owner, which was NOT my reason for calling him there, unless I paid him $300-400 to caulk the perimeter. Caulking, which has nothing to do with membrane seams, is not under warrantee and is an owner maintenance issue which we had already performed earlier this year AND the inspector had not noted this as an issue. Josh gave me to understand, however, he would not document that the seam was fine unless I allowed him to caulk the perimeter for this sum. He stated he would have the estimate for the roof drain and a report possibly Friday but more likely on Tuesday when he was back (after labor day). I contacted him Tuesday morning only to have him change his story. He now demanded that I pay $350 more for a complete roof inspection, in addition to the $300-400 for the unnecessary caulk job. Per their Warranty paperwork, a transfer of Warranty also costs $250. So, it seems his intention was to soak me for $1000 to transfer the warranty, which in any case he stated to me he would transfer to the new buyer for only a year although I have two years left on my warranty. When I tried to explain that all I wanted was his opinion that the seam was not an issue- or a repair, and an estimate for a drain, he became angry at me and told me that I should have called Lone Mountain to inspect the roof before putting my house on the market. This a is roof they advertised as a lifetime forever roof, by the way which has performed and which looks - fine.. My only concern was a tiny rather questionably raised edge on a very small portion of seam, which is still under warrantee, for God;s sake, which I can easily have "repaired" at a fraction of his cost by someone else. These seams are heat sealed and are not rocket science and require no fancy special equipment or procedures-if it even needs to be done, which he will not put in writing it does not unless I give him ALOT of money, Avoid this company because if you have even the slightest interest in putting on one of their very expensive "forever" roofs, there is no customer service after they have your money and they do not honor their warrantees, even for the tiniest issue that would have cost them little, but is now holding up a home sale. They will just yell at you for not being a sucker.

It was $200 less then the estimate from another company recommended. They were very friendly and fast. Others said 2-3 day and he did it in one day. It took about a month to get them scheduled to come but once they came, they did it quickly.

    Enchanted Services LLC
I was very impressed with Enchanted Services. We had a bit of a mix-up at first on the day they were to come out, but that was resolved and they installed both of my ceiling lights in my house (the $234 includes the $79 special rate as well). The extra for another partial hour and parts for my ceiling fan (a brace since my home didn't include that for the support on the fan). I will definitely use them again for other electrical needs.

    Professional Contracting
Robert from Professional Contracting showed up during the 1 hour appointment window and got right to work. He was professional, and did a great job. He took out our old dog door, framed the entire opening for the new door (the last contractor didn't bother following instructions), talked to me a bit about the previous work done, that they had used drywall screws. One of the installation bolts broke when it was being installed and he went out of his way to try to find a replacement. He installed the door, which looks very clean, and caulked the outside with a clear caulking and the interior with a white caulking. He gave me some ideas and recommendations. I was given 2 methods to pay, and wasn't pushed any further work, which always impresses me. He cleaned up the entire area better than when it looked when he showed up. He even removed the old caulking not covered by the new door. I can't recommend these folks enough, very friendly, very prompt, and very much in contact.

    Sutherland Drywall
We found Weldon by Googling "drywall repair in Los Lunas" and boy, did we find a gem. He assessed the best way to repair the repair, and did it within one day. Instead of scraping off the too-thick plaster our handyman had put on, he just floated another coat over the whole ceiling of the small bathroom, matching the texture the next day. It looked so good, we decided not to even paint it.

He also fixed three other rather large cracks in other parts of the ceiling in the kitchen and the hall. All his work is perfect and because he is such a pro, you can't even see where the patches are!

    The Natural Lighting Co
    • The owners themselves, Brooke and Don (husband and wife) came out on a weekend to provide us with an estimate. Although our house has a pitched roof, it had formerly been a flat roofed structure, which made calculations for placement of the skylight a bit tricky. But Don was very exacting in his measurements and calculations and found a suitable placement position, taking into consideration the location of rafters of the two separate roof structures as well as our heating and cooling vent works.
    • Their estimate seemed quite reasonable and we made arrangements for the installation. Because we had also contracted with a roofing company to re-roof our house, Don made the initial cut into our roof, temporarily installed part of the skylight on the roof, and covered the top of the tube with plastic. (Our roofer had agreed to complete that portion of the project).
    • Although Natural Lighting (apparently very much in demand for their services) initially scheduled the completion of the project for several weeks out, we later received a call from the company advising us they could do the job a couple of weeks earlier than previously scheduled. Everything worked out well as they called just as our new roof was getting its finishing touches.
    • Don and his assistant, Tim, arrived promptly and completed the job. They worked together very professionally and meticulously. With a drop cloth on the dining room floor and a plastic shroud surrounding the work space from ceiling to floor, they were careful not to leave any remnant of their project behind, with the exception of an attractive and fully functional display of . . . natural lighting!
