AMontoya Landscaping & MaintenanceLeroy Montoya and two team members worked for five full days to complete the work as planned. Arrived as scheduled each day and discussed what was accomplished each day. Also discussed potential problems as work progressed. Considered their work as in the mid-range for roof repair complexity/difficulty. The team can do more than basic handyman painting or repair. They replaced the water damaged wood dividers between the eves extending from the house and painted them. We discussed the possibility of completely sealing the flat roof in addition to the patching but did not do this. The labor was approximately $8,000 and the supplies $750. Cannot say if they have experience in completely replacing or /rebuilding a roof that has major damage.- Robert D.

FHome DepotHome Depot canceled my gutter replacement quote but without a call from the local salesperson. I received an automated message of cancellation and was referred to a general Home Depot line. This individual had to call the salesperson to find the reason for the canceled quote. The reason was that Home Depot could not do a gutter replacement on my home due to its height and because it would have to be secured on stucco (another thing Home Depot does not do). But I didn't get the answer to the reason they couldn't do work for me until I called the salesperson independently and asked all these questions. For the two weeks leading up to the scheduled quotation, I was told I would get a call if an install couldn't happen. I received the cancellation notice the day of (a saturday) and hours before. Not only did I waste time thinking I'd found a reliable servicer to meet my need but I also was made to wait around for someone who wouldn't be coming. Also, when I spoke with the salesperson, they told me there manager told them to just cancel the meeting for a quote. There was no suggestion to give me a courtesy call. Seeing as how we've done other work through Home Depot (carpet installs, etc.), I would expect that the company would want to provide better representation of themselves in every service they provide. Coincidentally, I rated the salesperson very high because she was very specific in explaining to me why they couldn't do the work and gave me good recommendations. She was professional in all interactions with her.- Kerry M.

ADavid Espinoza Roofing IncWe've been very happy with our roof and haven't had any problems due to workmanship. Between 2003 and 2017, he has done several repairs of shingles that blew off in high winds. These repairs were done free of charge, usually within a week or two.- Jennifer M.

ADavid Espinoza Roofing IncTook a couple months longer than origionally estimated to start the job due to weather holding up previous jobs. However when he started it took exactly as long as he said it would for exactly the price quoted. Staff was polite and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy and glad I chose these guys.- Nathan R.

FDavid Espinoza Roofing IncMr. Espinoza returned calls which is more than I can say about others, but kept putting this job off after initial conversations spanning over a month. If a contractor is too busy to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time, they need to be up-front and let the customer know when they can expect them to get to it!- Patrick B.

AHollywood Roofing NMUpon arrival at the job sight they staged all the materials to perform the work. The truck carrying the shingles arrived mid-morning and proceeded to off load the materials using a conveyor belt system. The crew moved the shingles so that could work efficiently as they removed the old shingles and prepared to put the down the sub surface layers. Pictures were taken of any sub surface damage discovered as the old roof was removed. The manger was available during the course work by phone or in person. The crew took great pride in the performance of their work. We were very impressed at how hard the seven man crew throughout the 2.5 days.
Since the completion of the job have had hail and rain storms pass through the area. The roof has performed fantastically.

AHollywood Roofing NMI was worried that the work would start during a time when it was raining every day for weeks on end, but they were sensitive to my concerns, and watched the weather forecast. After the crew started, the work progressed quickly, and the crew was attentive to my every concern. I appreciated their positive attitude and good work. The house looks great!

ASanta Fe Stucco & Roofing IncWas having trouble finding a contractor to assess and resolve some roof and stucco water issues in a newly purchased home until I found Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing on Angie's List. My initial call was answered immediately, and Rachel was able to schedule an estimate that same week. The owner, Kevin, arrived on time and was patient and attentive as I expressed my questions and concerns. After conducting a thorough inspection, I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to immediately repair the roof. He also provided a comprehensive assessment on the stucco issues and proposed some alternative solutions to help us avoid a costly repair.
I highly recommend the Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing team on responsiveness, professionalism, integrity, and customer service. I will definitely call on them for any future needs with stucco and roofing.

ASouthwest RoofingTom at Southwest Roofing was a huge help. We've been having persistent leaks in our sunroom's metal roof. We had another contractor out just 1 year ago to fix this same problem, only to have it come back. Tom identified the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price, and was able to help us identify other fixes to help make sure the problems with cracking sealant don't come back.
Experienced and very professional, will definitely use again!

ADavid Espinoza Roofing Inc
It is my pleasure and privilege to write a review for David Espinoza. He replaced my damaged roof with new Woodmoor shingles. Words cannot expressed how much I am pleased with the performance of his workers, how much I admire his honesty, and how much I respect him for his reliability and responsibility.
He did everything that he promised me in the contract, bought all materials that I requested, and installed the roof exactly the way that he and I agreed with each other. I have learned so much about how a shingle roof should be replaced from him. During the conversations before the installment, he offered good suggestions and gave valuable advices.
Eleven people of his team showed up on time every day, worked very well with each other, and supported each other to complete a beautiful roof. Most importantly, they were friendly, responsible, and hard-working people. It was such a satisfying experience to watch them working together. I sincerely appreciate their good spirit and great work ethic.
David?s strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and integrity has placed him far on the top of the list compared to many other contractors. I spoke with 14 different contractors over the course of 21 months before I decided to go with David. I am truly impressed with his expertise, professional manner, patience, and kindness.
It was truly a gratifying experience to work with David. I must admit that he is a real valuable asset to Los Alamos. I regret that Angie?s List does not offer an option to include a picture (a picture is worth a thousand words); otherwise, you will see a fine piece of work done by David and his team. I am grateful to David for making this experience to be a real enjoyable one.
