Augie recommended that I purchase the struts myself and bring them to him for installation. This saved me over three hundred dollars over the price he would have had to charge. He had the car for one day, and everything was done perfectly.

    ALL TERRAIN TRANSMISSIONS
Steve, the co-owner of the shop was my intial contact. I asked him if my AC system could be checked but since it was at the end of the business day on Saturday 6-30-14 (noon) I asked if I coudl bring my vehicle in on Monday 6-30.  He agreed. I took it in early Monday morning (8:00 a.m.)  Steve took down all my information, told me he'd be in contact with me. Tuesday came and went - no word. I called around noon on Wednesday and Manuel, Steve's brother, told me that Steve was out. I left a message for Steve to return my call, but to no avail.  I called again on Thursday Morning (8:39 a.m.) , Manuel told me that Steve was out until after the Holidays but took on this responsibility and informed gave me a verbal status report over the phone and told me that he'd get back to me with a price quote.  I agreed.  11:30 a.m., I call back and he seemed flippant due to the 'phone ringing off the hook'.  I informed him that if I didn't hear from him by 3:00 p.m., I'd retrieve my vehicle and he boldly said "that's fine".  Understanding that they are busy, a simple 2 minute phone call would have sufficed.
My business has a fleet of vehicles and we were considering contracting with All Terrain, but we are now having second thoughts.
I've heard mixed reviews about their services, but since they advertise as being AC system experts, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

    The Pit Stop
It went very badly. They kept my Pathfinder for almost five months. Periodically they upgraded the scope of the repairs. No communication except when I went to ask what was going on. Finally, towed my vehicle away and had it repaired elsewhere. David Brown, owner, still owes me $990.00 reimbursement for parts he never installed. Liars and thieves.

I bought a car 5 months ago from them. When I was there signing all the contracts for car that was priced at $8000.00, they told me I had been approved by a finance company. I was told I was ready to go and drove my new car home. I called after a few months to ask about my payments and when I will getting the payment book. They told me that they were working on it. After 5 months of calling the dealership, asking about when i can start my payments, they told me that they couldn't find my paperwork for the car. I went into the dealership was told that I had to returned car back. They proceeded to try to sell me car with a ridiculous amount of miles on a 1997 car for more money than the car I had originally purchase. I tried to have them explain how I can qualify for a car that is more than the $8000 car I have. No one gave me answers. They gave me the run around for 2 hours and kept saying that the computer was processing the information. I asked to talk to their finance manager, he never came. When I finally told them that I wanted to keep the car I had, they wanted me to put an additional $500 down and increased the price from $8000.00 to $ 13,000, doubled my payment, with the excuse that it is required by their finance company I need to install a GPS system in order to get the car finance. I had a car that was used as trade in and come to find out they had already sold it about 4 months ago. When I asked if I get my money back, they continue to have a sales person try to convince me to buy an older car that look like it wasn't going to drive off the lot. I have never felt so angry with car experience. The professionalism of the entire staff was extremely bad. No one in upper management wanted to talk to me and the sales person said he didn't think it was fair that he got thrown to wolves and he was only the messenger. This establishment dropped the ball and I can only imagine how they deal with other customers. I wouldn't recommend them ever! Worst experience!
