    Sal did an excellent job installing an Outdoor TV Antenna and getting it positioned correctly for the best reception. He also selcted the best amplifier to use with his antenna. Sal is the only person I know in Las Cruces that provides this service and he did an excellent job. A 5 Star rating.

    Whatever, whatever you do, do not subscribe to HughesNet! Let me tell you about my experience, which I'm seeing repeated all over the internet. I thought I would subscribe because they were new to my neighborhood and I would save a little money. I purposefully asked if I would be able to stream movies and videos and was told absolutely yes, and so went ahead with the install and lengthy service contract. Well, the install tech was friendly enough, but when we went to try it out, it buffered my movies considerably. I asked about that and was told "you just have to wait for it to download it for a minute". Well, I stupidly let it go, and alone, I continued to try to watch my movies. I timed it and it buffered every 15 seconds. Even my tablet would buffer trying to download videos and music. I ended up calling their technical service 3 times within the first few days. Every time, I would get an overseas operator who would test and fiddle with something on their end, and then tell me to go to their website and change some settings. Nothing worked, not a whit. I told them I wanted to cancel after just those few days and was told there was a cancellation fee of $400 for the first 2 years. I guess I knew that but thought I would never need to do that when I signed up. Well, here's what I did. I knew their monthly charge would be coming up soon, so I went to my bank and changed some banking information and had them blocked. Haha on them! Soon I got past due notices, and then more threatening letters. Ultimately I got a box asking for a return for all of their equipment. They even wanted me to go up to the roof and retrieve their transmitter! Heck if I was going to do that. I even read a review where they were asking an 80 year-old man to do the same. Well, today I am going to UPS to mail their box with just what I was able to throw in it. I hope that's the end of this mess!

    Spanish Made Easy
    It went very well. Spanish Made Easy helped me see my Spanish skills in a different light and my understanding of Spanish grammar improved greatly. The information presented was creative and simple to understand. The analogies and examples were great and fit my skill level. I never thought I could learn concepts that come off as complex until I worked with Spanish Made Easy. I was hoping to pay less because I was tight on cash, but in the end, I was glad I spent it.

    Their large crews came in a worked as a team to accomplish the job quickly once they started. There were some delays mostly because the work schedule depended on the availability funds provided by my insurance company. I insisted on having the funds in-hand before the work was started. They were very helpful in working with the insurance company and sensitive to whether their work met my approval. The end product is repairs exceeded the quality of the original house condition. I'm very pleased with the quality of work and impressed by the workmanship and teamwork of the crews and professionalism of the company.

    The work was exceprional, the worker's were professional, courteous, and they maintained the work area clean We saw little things that were not right-these were fixed immediately. Ron the manage/owner did a walk through with us and he found things we had not seen-which were repaired right away.

    These guys were fantastic! They showed up every day when they said they would. If they were not going to be working on a certain day, they let me know. The teams of employees were courteous, polite, very skilled at their jobs, and got the job done in a very reasonable time frame. Management checked in regularly to make sure any concerns were addressed, and they just did a fabulous job! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone (and I have).

    The doctor was amazing, professional and very informative. Since I was from out of town I was able to get an MRI and biopsy scheduled for the same day so I wouldn't have to go back for those extra tests.

    My 49-year-old sister-in-law was killed in an accident in May.  My brother called Baca's on May 23rd to set up an appointment for the day after Memorial Day.  While on the phone he mentioned that my mother had used a different funeral home in January when my father died following a traumatic brain injury.  He was told that wasn't a problem.  However, a few hours later Mary called and spoke with my sister.  Mary was calling at the behest of her supervisor, Ruben, who said we should just use the other funeral home and they were cancelling our appointment.  Mary was told that our mother's choice of funeral home had nothing to do with this but she was not moved.  My sister asked to speak to Ruben but was told he was unavailable and would call her on Tuesday.  Needless to say, she is still waiting for that call.  An appalling lack of sensitivity, compassion and professionalism to say the least.

    This is one of the most interesting and fun shops in Las Cruces.  Due to the large number of used and consignment instruments and equipment, the inventory is very eclectic.  Jerry is always nice and is very knowledgable and the prices are great.

    Verizon Wireless GO WIRELESS
    I ended up stuck with T-Mobile and a crappy phone that overheats because once they had my stuff, They wouldn't return it. Even when I asked after only 2 hours. The guy at the Verizon store on Telshore told me about Comcast. Do not go to any Verizon dealer besides the one at Mesilla Valley Mall by Dillard's. They can get you hooked up.
