  DESERT OASIS PEST CONTROL

  Really appreciate Desert Oasis. Have been working with them for a little over 2 years. Indoors, we used to have little winged insects that liked to munch on the carpeting, centipedes (yikes!) and several kinds of roaches. We no longer have to have the indoors sprayed and the outstanding outdoor spray keeps everything under control, thankfully. Very nice company to work with. Thank you Desert Oasis!!!

  MANNING BROTHERS PEST CONTROL

  Very good experience with them. It wasn't perfect, but it was better than an B. They were quality. It took three trips, but it did work. I am not an exterminator. I don't know if it should have just took two visits. There were two people. One person came back twice. It was three different times. The work took six weeks to complete.

  Dave Guerra Pest Weed & Tree

  Not good. He stopped and dropped contact before job was through, accused me of lying regarding what work was done, stated he would call to address my concerns several times and never did. He removed a plant that I pointed out to him as one I wanted to not be touched. I will not make final payment.

  It went very well. Marshall was exactly on time, most professional and knowledgeable. Reviewed pest problems on the interior with centipedes and moths then, carefully sprayed the interior and generously sprayed the exterior. Especially appreciate the respect expressed for the products used. Usually companies will say these products are harmless to animals and humans when caution is always the wiser course.. Thank you Desert Oasis Pest Control!

  Dave Guerra Pest Weed & Tree

  I don't know what happened.  I called this year starting in February to have some very large mulberry trees at another rental 
  house trimmed.  I had to call several times before i talked to someone.  She promised me the owner would call me back.  He never did.  I finally called and got a hold of him.  He said he would come to look at it.   Again I never got a call back.  I called back again and he said it would be done by Friday.  Friday came and went.  He never came.
  I finally hired someone else to do the job. 
  I was very disappointed after my initial positive experience.

  Phil arrived on time and went right about his business.  He explained the chemicals that he used and exactly what we could expect.  He also checked for other possible problems, like termites.  We're going to keep using him on a tri-monthly basis.

  I work during the day so my nanny was home when they came. They were very nice and very prompt. I needed someone to spray and I saw on Angie's List that they got a good grade so I called them, and they were there. The price was reasonable. They were on time.

  I called Wild West Pest Control Monday February 02, 2015 at
  09:41 hours and talked with very polite and friendly female. She asked and got
  information on what estimate/service I was inquiring about. She then advised
  that she would give Phil (Owner) my information and that he should be getting
  back to me shortly.
   
  Phil called me at 10:51 hours on Monday February 02, 2015. I
  advised him that a few days ago I noticed what I believe to be a Termite Swarm
  coming from the outdoor foundation of my Fireplace.
   
  We agreed to meet on Tuesday February 03, 2015 at 11:00
  hours, for him to come over for a free estimate. Phil also asked if I would
  place a few of what I was seeing, into a small bag or jar.
   
  Phil arrived at the time we had set the day before and
  confirmed that they were indeed Subterranean Termites. Phil answered the many
  questions I asked him. Plus, he freely gave me a lot of information that helped
  me to better understand the situation I was in and how he was going to deal
  with it.
   
  After Phil had finish with his inspecting and measuring of
  my home. He presented me with the estimate, to which I was vary pleased and
  satisfied with.
   
  After receiving my estimate from Phil. We agreed on the job
  being done on Thursday February 05, 2015 starting at 08:00 hours.
   
  Phil on Thursday morning February 05, 2015 arrived on time
  08:00 hours. He was with another person whom he introduced to me as his son.
   
  Phil's son went around the entire outside perimeter of the
  house, trenching and drilling, in preparation for his dad Phil to go around the
  entire outside dwelling with the Termite Treatment Phil had prepared.
  The job including, recovering trenches and refilling drilled
  cement and tiles with matching grout color, was completed at 11:58 hours
   
  This was truly quick and reliable service with an affordable
  price. Phil was a man of his word. He did what he said he would do and when he
  said he would do it.  The free
  estimate included a great explanation of the work and services that would be
  done. Any questions or concerns I had were answered plainly knowledgeably and
  without hesitation. 
   
  Also! A truly great plus Phil guarantees his Termite Treatment,
  with a Five (5) year warranty and Five (5) years of No Cost annual free

  Excellent. Mr. Kohler was briefly delayed for the appointment (for good reason) and was so courteous to call - not something everyone would do. We had detected holes in a tree stump and wanted to be sure that we did not have a termite problem or anything like that. Mr. Kohler inspected our property inside and out, and patiently answered questions. It turns out that no treatment was needed at the time. I really appreciate the courtesy, knowledge, and honesty of Desert Oasis Pest Control. ..highly recommended. It is wonderful and refreshing to see such level of integrity.
