  • I have used this clinic as my primary care provider for the past two years.  During that time, I have had difficulties with communication with the office, lost or misplaced orders, and generally poor office practices.  The office staff seems not well trained, although the medical staff is competent and generally provide good care.  I called about getting some paperwork completed for renewal of my driver's license.  They agreed to do this, and I dropped off the paperwork.  They said the physician who would fill it out would be in the next day to take care of it.  I returned to the clinic the next day, and found that they were closed never having told me what time to return to the clinic.  I got in anyway, and the paperwork I had left was lost.  One of the staff called the physician to find out where she might have left it, and she did not recall even having filled it out an hour before that!  Now, as it is the weekend, I have to wait two more days, provide another copy of the paperwork, and hope it gets done sometime before the closing of the motor vehicle division.  This is unconscionable and sloppy management and administration, and this is only the latest iteration of this type of experience, where prescriptions do not get phoned or faxed to pharmacies in a timely way, and it is incumbent upon ME to continually follow up with the office to make sure that this gets done.  I am through, and will be finding new providers for myself and my family.

  • GREAT.  He was friendly and courteous and patient.  He had a suspicion of what was going on almost immediately.  Had to do a colonoscopy to completely be sure.  Gave me tricks to drinking that drink.  Not bad at all.  Had the colonoscopy within a week of first seeing him and he called me as soon as he had the results.  Was very willing to meet with me again and answer more questions as I came up with them.  LOVE him and hope not to see him again for 10 years

  • My husband and I find Dr. Shanbhag to be a very skilled and thorough physician. We feel like she takes good care of us and is interested in seeing that we are in the best health possible. I have been a patient of Dr. Shanbhag's for nearly five years; my husband just switched to her because (1) was disappointed in the care he was receiving from his primary care physician and (2) he was impressed by how well Dr. Shanbhag takes care of me.

  • It is the best practice in Las Cruses. He is the best primary care physician in Las Cruses. Dr Glick takes phone calls from patients every morning between 8 and 9 and he wants people to call. He wants to be involved. The staff has always been really good.

  • He's very professional, detailed, and really good in his reports. I don't recall having any trouble scheduling. The staff is also professional. The insurance paid and I didn't have any trouble with the billing.

  • She is very thorough and there was no long wait. You do not have to sit there and wait for hours to get in to see her. Her office staff is very efficient. She will give you the time. She sits, talks to you, and discusses your problem. My only problem with her is that she does not do hospital visits, but I have never been in an hospital. That is the only deterrent. She is punctual. She has a good manner about her when you go in and visit. She is very friendly and caring.

  • The first appointment  in March 2014, was the initial appointment evaluation of Mitral, Aortic & Tricuspid valve prolapsing.  From that appointment I was instructed to have some x-rays taken, blood work accomplished and follow up with an echocardiogram (ECG).  My second appointment was to assess the ECG.
    Overall I am very pleased with Dr Richards and his staff, all are very professional and friendly.
    Unfortunately, Dr Richards is retiring on June 30 and I will have to find another cardiologist.  I wish that he would have been more forthcoming and told me he was retiring so that I would have found a cardiologist that I would build a longer relationship.  having Dr Richards as my cardiologist for only 3 months is disappointing.

  • Dr. Koloseous, after examining my prostrate, told me that I was okay. He then told me that I did not have to return for this examination nor take any more PSA tests in the future because the recurring excellent results now and in the past showed they were unnecessary. He then told me that the prescription drug I am taking can be renewed by my regular physician. So it was goodbye and this was my last visit to this excellent urologist, in my opinion. Previously, he had stopped my taking another drug because recent studies showed it was ineffective. He mentioned that the drug manufacturer was encouraging doctors to continue prescribing this drug but he said he was not going to do it because of the study findings.
    Dr. Koloseous could have kept me on as a patient and continue billing for his services and I would never have know the difference. He is honest and capable.

  • Office staff had totally the wrong information on by file, such as name, date of birth, address. It was all for another patient. Dr. Peddi was very nice, she listened to what I had to say, but was not receptive to giving me a hepatitis vaccine, she advised me to go to some clinic.

  • I scheduled my appointment more than a month in advance and received a packet by and quot;snail-mailand quot; to fill out and bring with me to the appointment.

    For some unknown reason, my appointment wasn't in their computer when I arrived. They handled it very professionally and squeezed me in. I didn't feel as if there had been a glitch at all.
