• at the appointed hour 2 very nice and courteous young women (Becky and Jessica) arrived. they assessed the needs. (this was their first visit here) and started work promptly. They did a fine job of an initial cleaning. we moved in 2 months ago, and need to start a service to help us with the cleaning. we will continue with their by weekly service. They were here for 3 hours. the heavy cleaning rate is $40.00/person/hour. We Happy campers.

• Benny of Busy Bees and his crew are responsive, professional, and get the job done. While they are able to provide the labor, it works best to provide guidance while they do the actual work. They are not cheap, but they are able to get the job done. I definitely plan to continue using their services.

• Since it was a big job I asked for two cleaners.. The first one showed up on time at 8:30, the second at 9:15. I was just back from a month in a hospital/rehab so there was rotting food in the fridge. I asked them to throw out anything that wasn't in a jar or bottle. She did a good job on the counters and rangetop.. After 3 hours, one had to leave. The girl who stayed worked on my floor for two hours. So I ended up with 1/3 of the kitchen not cleaned and the bathroom untouched.. Also there was no attempt to deodorize the refrigerator a week later it still smells

• As usual nobody calls you when they don't show up. It was bad enough that they didn't come when they were supposed to. I hope people read this, as I usually don't write reviews. But, here in New Mexico I guess people can waste your time waiting for the them. And to top it all off, they live less than 5 minutes from my house. And also let me be the first to beat them to the punch. Today 1/3/17 was their scheduled estimate date. I don't want them to say they had a different date.

• I called the company when I got home which was before they had closed for the day and left two messages and a email about how unhappy I was with the cleaning job and that it needed to be resolved the next day as I was leaving town after that. Bee called me at 7am the next morning and said they would be sending out some cleaners at 2pm. "To clean the house how they were supposed to." Nobody showed up!! No phone call, text or email of any kind. Attempts to call them were greeted with a automated "Full mailbox" reply on both of their phone lines. I emailed both the owners listed on their web site. No reply! From the list provided by Le Ann the previous owner. They did very poorly or not at all. Dusting was very inconsistent and items were not returned to there original spot. Vacuume and mop all floors. Some rugs were vacuumed some were not. Lots of stuff on the floor under the kitchen table, around the rug in the kitchen and the garbage can. Didn't clean the microwave at all. Didn't clean the tub or shower in either bathroom. Didn't sweep the front porch or clean sliding glass door tracks and thresholds. The whole experience was so different and frustrating compared to the service I had before the company was sold. It was hugely disappointing.

• I ask they clean in the afternoon when I returned from work  because I do not trust people in my home unless I know who they are and the owner agreed. They were always pretty punctual except for the last two cleanings so that was not an issue to me. I used them for about 5 or 6 weeks and the first cleaning was very good and went down from there, the first cleaning took them over an hour and a half and the last 30 minutes. 
  
  The crew week by week wouldn't do things that was on the owner's list of cleaning she gave me at our first meeting so I became aware and made sure to remind them to make sure they cleaned those areas. My last experience with them cleaning my home was completely and utterly ridiculous, it looked as if someone took a rag and just wiped the outer surfaces and forgot to clean underneath anything. I told them not to do the blinds every week because they didn't need dusting every week also because they didn't put the blinds back the right way and actually broke several of my blinds.
  
  My possessions were never put back where they were originally placed and I got so tired of going through the house and moving items back to their original place. The employees would rush and simply not clean things that needed to be cleaned. Every week they missed multiple things from the counters in the kitchen to the mirror in the master bedroom.  Yes, going green is a good thing but when I observed the cleaning of my kitchen, the worker used the same rag for my whole kitchen (microwave, stove top, counters and kitchen table) and I inspected the surfaces and they were still dirty. I expected my home to be cleaned and when I had to go back and re-clean what they supposedly cleaned, that is not a quality service I would recommend.

• Benny and his team arrived a few minutes early and got right to work.  They were courteous, cheerful and very professional.  I had to leave for work myself shortly after, but when I got home, everything was ship-shape.

• This company was VERY responsive to my needs and requests.  I was called
  back the same day I left a message and cleaning scheduled the day I
  requested. 
  I was amazed that the owner called after the job was complete to follow up and make sure that the cleaning was done to my expectations and that her ladies were professional.  I was very impressed at the professionalism of the owner as well as the quick responsiveness.
  The ladies did an excellent job and I am pleased beyond expectations.
  I was only planning on using the service once but they did such a great job, I am requesting service twice a month. 
  My house looks great and smells fresh.
  I highly recommend this company if you are interested in quality cleaning, fast service and responsible management.

• It went extremely well.  They brought 4 guys to do the job and they worked efficiently.  After the first load there was some goods that didn't fit, and they had to go back to finish the job.  We had a slight disagreement on price, because the price they quoted me was apparently for 2 guys and they brought 4 and charged more for more people.  They explained that 4 guys could do the job in 1/2 the time, but I explained that I did not believe that was the case because with too many people they were holding each other up at times.  We discussed the issue in a very amicable way and came to a very amicable agreement on the price to be paid.  Overall we are very happy with the service Busy Bees provided and do understand that estimating time and capacity for a move can be very difficult.
