Our original plans were different from the final design. Paul Korody evaluated our plans and suggested changes due to the expense of what we originally asked for. We took his suggestions and ended up with a quote about half of what our original plan would have cost. Paul was professional and so were his crew. They showed up on a Monday morning and finished by Friday, completely to our satisfaction...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We had a concrete slab poured in our backyard for a patio table. We also had a crusher fine walkway and basic gravel installed. They also completely disabled and removed the sprinkler system installed by the home builder because we had some issues with it. We also had the ponding area filled in and replaced by two French drains.

Company representative/owner was very punctual for the appointment but immediately tried to suggest complete backyard renovations to grilling area instead of actually listening to our perceived plans/thoughts. The owner- Paul Karody, was not there upon our arrival. His Secty called him, and she stated he would be 45 min late. We left.

After visiting and touring our residence and suggesting ideas, he invited my wife and I to his office to view sample books/pictures for landscaping ideas. He gave some ballpark estimates that were outrageous. But, we were interested to see what he had done.
