    Royal Mobile Detailing
The guys were awesome. They bring everything with them, water, equipment, supplies. My 11 year old ride looked brand new by the time they finished. They worked really well together and the result was incredible! Thank you so much Royal Mobile!!!

    D & D Automotive
D&D has been our auto shop for the past 7 years. They are very reasonably priced and very honest. Dave, the owner, always gives you a number of options and doesn't do any work until you approve it. There have been times that he has mentioned belts that were worn, but then informed us that we can wait to replace them. It is refreshing to have a mechanic that is not trying to push things on you. There was also a time that he couldn't fix what was wrong with our car. Since he couldn't fix it, he charged nothing for the diagnosis. Note that they have moved. They are now on 1815 Copper Loop.

Excellent. Laura was very responsive and answered my various questions promptly. Dino had my car picked and dropped off, was punctual and courteous. They delivered my car on the day and time convenient to me. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Two men spent two hours cleaning every detail of my car. When they were done the car looked as good as it did when I bought it new from the dealer. The wax on the body was expertly done and the interior was vacuumed, deep-cleaned, shampooed, and Armor-All'ed. Top quality service. There are only two things I can think of to improve upon their amazing service: provide the customer with a detailed list of services provided, and don't use Armor-All on plastic floor mats. I know the protectant makes the mats look incredible, but I'd prefer to not have my feet slide around.

The driver lied about how long it would take for him to get there twice. The first time he told me 30 minutes. Two hours later, he told me 15 minutes. Forty five minutes, after 3 hours of waiting, I cancelled the call.

    Borman Autoplex
I own a Sonata and a Ford and I had been using Borman recently, but I will change again. I had had my car serviced April 30, 2015. At that time, they replaced the power steering pump, power steering hoses and they said I needed a battery and replaced the battery. A little over a year, April 22, I took it in and had it serviced and it was fine. And then, about three weeks later, it wouldn't start. The car wouldn't start. So I called AAA. They come out and jump my car. I had called Borman to see if they could take care of it right then. They said, "Oh yeah." I told them I had the battery, I bought it from them and did it still have a warranty. They said, "Yeah, it had a year's replacement plus prorated after a year for the next year." It's two years, so it had only been 16 months or so. The guy came to jump it, the tech, for AAA. I said, "This battery didn't last longer, I just bought it, a little over a year ago." He said, "You bought this a year ago?" I said, "Yeah." He said, "Well, the code on the battery shows it's a 2012 battery. It needs to be replaced." So I took it down there. When I took it in, the lady, comes over and asks me what do I need. I told her and "besides, I bought this battery last year and my techs says it's a 2012 battery." She goes, "Oh no, we get rid of our batteries every so often and we don't keep them around," and I said, "Oh" But she said, "Let us check it." They never moved it and put the hood up. She comes back and she has a list of numbers and she says, "This is the number," and she circles it. "This is not our battery. It has been switched." I go, "What do you mean it's not your battery?" She says, "Well, it has been switched." I said, "Oh, okay." I just walked out, but I couldn't believe that. She didn't take me over and show me the number on the battery. Evidently it might have been a part number. I don't know, but she didn't take me over and show, "Well, this is the number on the battery and this is this number..." She said, "That's the number right there," and just circled it and walked out of there. I told her, "When I pulled it up last year, I figured something was wrong." It would not start when I went to leave so one of their guys jumped the car for me.  I will not be going back to Borman. I bought a new Ford in 2015, so I've got to deal with them on warranty. If it was switched out, somebody there had to switch it.

    Borman Autoplex
Unacceptable. The proposed new battery was not in my vehicle....the old one was...but I was charged for the new one. Luckily something told me to check the new battery. Regular duties at specific mileage was not done; for example, during the 100,000 mile check up the spark plugs were supposed to be replaced and mine were not. Took my vehicle to another auto repair shop and they found the issues that were not performed by the Borman Autoplex. I talked with the Service Manager about the events and he completely dissed my situation.

Another situation of work paid for but not done. Also, I was told that I needed new tires and to contact a certain sales person at Discount Tires for assistance. Although my tires looked fine to me I relied on the professionals so I took my car to Discount Tires and talked with the specified sales person. After that discussion I decided to get a second opinion. Upon talking to another tire company I was told that I definitely did not need new tires. The tires on my 4 wheel drive vehicle are very expensive so I was very thankful that I obtained that second opinion. I would recommend second opinions for any big item or big cost repairs.

    Affordable Garage Doors
Excellent  service at a very reasonable price. The garage door was damaged and I called him out
to see if it could be repaired. Since 3 out of 4 of the panels had been damaged he recommended a new
one. He had what I needed in stock at  a very reasonable price and 2 days later after my first phone contact
    I had my new door.

    ATD Window Tinting and Graphics
The technicians did a professional job on both replacing the tint on the windows and the bra.  A problem occurred when the techs were removing the old bra.  They use some type of rotary device (as explained to me by the office personnel prior to the work being done)  to remove the cracked and peeling film without damaging the clear coat and paint.   However, when removing the film above the headlights, they left a two inch band of dirty debris adhered to the surface of the headlight covers on both headlights.  There were also what appeared to be small strands of  material scattered over the surface of the headlight covers.  I had examined the headlight covers a few days prior to having the work done by ATD when comparing the lack of oxidation on my headlight covers with those of my son's 2004 Toyota Tundra which were heavily oxidized.  Oxidation of the plastic headlight covers is a problem on most autos over time.  However, it occurs rather uniformly over the cover.  The lower edge of the dirty film on my covers after ATD removed the old bra was a distinct line unlike what is typical of oxidation on the plastic covers.  When I brought this problem to the attention of the ATD owner, Shannon Windecker, he said that it was definitely oxidation and the procedure ATD used to remove the old bra has nothing to do with it.   He gave the covers only a cursory glance when proclaiming his lack of responsibility.  The material on the surface of the covers is very rough unlike oxidation which usually uniformly covers the surface and is relativity smooth to touch. Windacker had his mind made up before he looked at my headlight covers and had no intention of doing anything about it.  His attitude was very unprofessional and therefore I cannot recommend ATD as a customer friendly business.
