ARafa's Lawn & LandscapeI text messaged the company with a detailed explanation of what I wanted. Later that day they came out and gave a free etamite. The price was good and fair( according to my previous experience in tree service sales). Their effeciant and steadfast work got the tree removed in no time. They were very friendly and polite. I would recommend their services to anyone, just make sure you back a call up with a text message! :)- Elijah Z.

AAdvanced American Construction Inc.From the beginning we met George, the owner of Advanced American, and he was courteous and up front about the challenges we faced with this extensive renovation. This is a vacation home and we expressed to George how important it was for us to be able to trust his team to work on unsupervised other than occasional inspections. We felt comfortable with George and his honest assessments and decided to move forward with the project. He is the kind of contractor that will tell you from the beginning how much something will cost and not surprise you later with charges for things that were more complex than expected. He is very frank about what is required and how much it will cost in order to do a quality job. He does not cut corners and would rather not perform the work than do subpar work that will lead to issues in the future. He won't sugar coat the difficulty of the work needed and will not draw you in with a low ball quote only to double it on the backend. He is very knowledgeable home construction overall and his team can really take on almost anything. George always picks up his phone or returns calls as soon as possible. We left many valuable items in the home and ordered many things to be received by his team and not one item went missing or was damaged in the home. He stands behind the work and with minimal supervision completed the project and met all of our expectations. We would highly recommend his services and are thankful for the time and effort put forth by his team.- VIctor A.

FStone Images UnlimitedEric, the owner of Stone Images Unlimited was supposed deliver and set up Stone table and Benches 5 years and 9 months ago. And to this day he has not done so. He has continually set dates and has never come through. He has a book full of excuses. He will make you believe hes going to come through and never does. I know as he has consistently lied and i believed all his lies for 5 years and 9 months. So BEWARE!- benjamin b.

He has continually promised to deliver and hasn't. every time he said he would have them he came up with an excuse and i believed him. ANarrow Leaf IncThe shrubs in the front of the house we recently bought were all way beyond their prime so we decided to rip them all out and plant new ones. All the plantings in the large back yard were also a complete mess, so we decided to start anew with them also. There was also a huge, ugly and useless concrete slab that had to go. And the perimeter wall in back was too low to provide any real security and privacy, so it had to be raised. Based on Angie's List recommendations we called Tom Brasby of Narrow Leaf Landscaping. He came right over and gave us a quote for the masonry work, and we agreed on time and materials for the tear out work. His crew of Carlos, Daniel and Adrian came over the next Monday and started work. And do I ever mean work ! They literally busted their backs for the new five and a half days and tore out everything ! Trees, stumps, shrubs, gravel, concrete slab, etc., and finished the wall extension including the finish stucco. I was truly amazed at how hard they worked and what they accomplished. They'll be back next week for phase two. Plant new shrubs out front and two big pine trees in back; prepare about 100 feet of beds and plant shrubs and vines in back, and completely redo the irrigation systems in front and back. I know they'll once again do a superb job. Tom and his crew have been a real pleasure to work with, and Tom's advice about what we should plant and when has been invaluable. I consider myself very fortunate to have found such a great outfit to make our outdoors beautiful and livable.- william c.

FStone Images UnlimitedEric who owns the Earth Products made an agreement January 24th 2015 and still has not completed the full agreement. i have made multiple calls and had to go into his business location to locate him in order to confront him to get a date for the completion of the agreement, and for 5 and 1/2 years he says he will complete it when this or that happens and that never happens. He continually lies and i will never do business with him again and that's what i tell everyone who asks where i got my stones so i advise everyone to stay clear of this business as he lies over and over again. He's a very likable and charismatic person and this will make you believe he is Honest . BEWARE!!!!!!!!!- benjamin b.

AJason inspected the tar & gravel roof on my 16 yr old home. He advised that the roof condition was actually still pretty good. We needed some major stucco repairs so we decided to have the roof replaced anyway, prior to the stucco. This company is honest, efficient, quick but not rushed. I would recommend J3 Systems to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality roof.

AThe owner, Earl Freeman, was an absolute godsend. Earl (who was referred to us by a neighbor after we put out a distress call) truly saved the day after an Albuquerque spray foam roofer did a terrible job with a new roof install and refused to fix it (even after 6 months of complaints filed with the City of Albuquerque, the NM Construction Industries Division, the NM Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau). With the utmost professionalism and general contractor know-how, Earl got our roof fixed and our home repaired...all on the bad roofer's nickel. How Earl worked that magic, we'll never know. All we DO know is that we will NEVER hire for a medium to large residential job, again, without tapping Earl Freeman, first. This guy is connected and knows how to do the job right! And, he will save you time and heartache from the outset. We are forever grateful to this man.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

DI strongly caution anyone considering Reliant Capitol as a contractor for home improvements. My wife suffers from Alzheimer’s and we needed to replace a shower with one that included safety bars and a removable shower head. The salesman assured me the work could be done quickly (start in 1 to 2 months) and that installation was a two day process. After 4 months of no word from Reliant Capitol I started phoning their installation office in Phoenix to see why there was such a long delay. Initially my calls were not returned, but through persistence I was eventually able to speak to someone in charge of installations. I expressed extreme displeasure with the lack of communication about our job and told them going forward they should inform me about any more delays or changes to the schedule. Despite their promises to do a better job, the next two months it took to install the shower were a series of broken schedules with no communication from the company. I specifically asked the installation not be started until all the necessary materials were on hand because our need to have access to a shower. Shower installation ballooned from 2 days to a month because the job started with incomplete and incorrect fixtures and they did not send shower doors. The installation crew would often promise to be back the next working day to complete the job, but it would be weeks before hearing from them again. The installation may well have taken longer had I not been on the phone demanding action. By the end of the job I wish I had never heard of Reliant Capitol. There is nothing reliable about this company.
