Sheldon and I discussed my project and after going over the all the options we chose to go with splits for heating & A/C. Sheldon and his crew were very professional, they showed up as scheduled, were very efficient and always left the site clean. I was very impressed with there work and pricing. Ii was so pleased with their work that later last year I had them replace heaters at two other properties. This work involved installing new gas heaters and modifying some duct work. Again we were very pleased with Air Pros work. They worked out a schedule with the occupants and we’re in and out in one day at each site. Thanks Air Pros get a 5 stars rating from us.- Ken S.

Jason listened to my wants and needs and within a day presented a comprehensive and reasonable proposal. Work was completed within one day. He and his crew were on time (to the minute), worked efficiently, were professional/courteous, and maintain appropriate social distancing protocols. The job was completed, and there was no residual ‘contractor mess’. ANo Limit Mechanical LLCWas a cold snap & my furnace wasn't coming on. Jeff Baca made a home visit just a couple hours after he received my call around 6pm. He arrived at 8pm, had my furnace running by 8:20, stayed til 9 to make sure the problem was fully remedied, did a safety check on the rest of my unit & vents, and even did a whole-house carbon-monoxide check. All of that in a moment's notice and only a charge for the initial, emergency rate visit. All-around more than pleasant experience--and completely professional & courteous. AMy upstairs A/C unit stopped working in the middle of summer after we had completely replaced the outside unit less than two years ago. I called a few other local places and couldn't get appointments for 8+ days out. After getting a hold of Wesley on a Tuesday afternoon, he was at my house the next morning, ordered the part, and had it installed the next day. If this isn't incredible customer service, I don't know what is. Not only was he very professional, he also educated us in how to maintain our units to be more efficient. 10/10 would recommend this company and will absolutely work with them again in the future!

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
