AAdove Cleaning ServicesI had an A+ experience with ADove Cleaning service and look forward to using them on a regular basis. Eva & Gaby were excellent, hard working and delightful to have in my home. They did an outstanding job! Leticia, the owner, is also prompt, responsive and a joy to do business with! She follows through and does what she promises. More businesses should take note of her business ethic. They speak mostly Spanish so I also get to practice! Since leaving Puerto Rico in 1981 and Miami in 1991, I have gotten a bit rusty. They get their work done, do a great job and are so nice to my 2 Shih Tzus who are also happy to have their attention. The two women who came were overwhelmed at first but got started and did an amazing job. AE & E Santa Fe Cleaning ServiceThe single best money I've spent in the 6 years I've owned this house. They showed up about 30 minutes early, which is understandable considering they drove from Santa Fe to Los Lunas. They asked me what we wanted done, if we had storage totes for them to use, and where the water was and got started. After the first 2 hours it looked like not much would get done, but then all of a sudden bam, the garage was cleaner than it had been since we moved in. They were quiet, professional, and complete. They did not push any extras on me or try to sell me further services, though I did ask what else they do and they provided me with pricing and some brochures. My cabinets could never get clean how I like them, well, they cleaned them so well they looked brand new. They said they don't clean inside the cabinets, they went ahead and did it anyways to get the dust I miss. They cleaned the TOP of my cabinets, no more greasy dusty mess that always gets up there (seriously, I don't think ANYONE cleans this up). They cleaned my stove inside and out with, and I quote, "magic". They cleaned my dish drainer, they cleaned my sinks, counters, floor tile, dishwasher, fridge, and even put the dishes away. I have custom LED lighting on top of my cabinets and they didn't move or damage it in any way either, just a really clean kitchen and a great experience as usual.- Jeremy Z.

A(1) Margo and Benny's team cleaned our windows (inside and out), scoured and cleaned all surfaces, vacuumed, shop-vac'd in tricky places, dusted, swept, and mopped a house that hadn't been cleaned properly in years. They arrived on-time and got right to work, were polite and responsive when we made special requests (such as avoiding harsh chemicals or strongly aromatic cleaners), and finished on time. The cleaning bill came in at $751.69, which was consistent with the estimated amount. (2) On a separate day, Benny arrived early with three additional men and several trucks to help us with a "hybrid" move; that is, we packed things and they moved it all. They moved a great many pre-packed boxes as well as all of our furniture. They set things up where we asked for them to and were ready to disassemble and reassemble furniture whenever necessary (or just give me free tips on how to do it myself). They were careful and attentive and finished the job in under three hours, and the bill came in at $785.33, well under the maximum of the range that Margo gave us when she gave us an estimate. I would happily hire them for an across-city move again.

FI spoke on the phone with Tina on a Friday in the late afternoon. She said that she would call the next day before coming to price the job. She did not call! I called her leaving voice mail several times as well as emailing her on the local advertising site. I never received a call from her and it is over a week after she said she would call!!!!!!!!!!! I expected he to at least call to reschedule or to say she didn't want the job! I can't understanding a business ignoring a customer! I consider it to be rude!!!!!!!!!!!!

AThey did a good job. My carpets didn't look dirty at the start, but after cleaning the colors were much deeper and more vibrant. The workers are very polite and courteous. This is a little mom and pop operation and you work directly with the owner. They came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, and did the work two days later. They do all kinds of cleaning and organizing and they have a page on Facebook with more information.

FHe told me which supplier he uses and they have several locations, one of those was in Rio Rancho. I went there to see what materials they had to pick the gravel I wanted. He told me to call him when I decided what gravel I wanted him to use this was on February 27 he was doing the job. I told him what to pick of after making my selection. He showed up an hour after he said he would. The fabric underneath the gravel was already coming up through the gravel indicating that it was not anchored properly. Even after he laid it down, I wasn't sure why it didn't feel right when I walked on it. I went to the supplier and took a sample of what I told him to buy and took it to the unit to compare that with he laid down. It was clearly not the same and was not the right material. I took a sample of the gravel that he installed in the backyard to the supplier that he said he goes to. The people in the sales department told me they don't even carry the gravel that I had brought in. The sales department told me that they do not even have a Star Eagle Landscaping Services account. I e-mailed him to remove what he installed in the yard and replace it with the correct material. I never received a response from him. When it came time to pay him he did not want to give me an invoice with what he did and what he put down but I insisted on it. He finally emailed me an invoice the following day, and when I went and met him to pay for the services. He did not want me to put the check in the company name but personally make the check out to him. When I handed him the check I asked him if he did not have a business account. He told me that he was switching banks and that was the reason for having me write the check in his name. This made me think that this was not a legitimate company. I had also noticed when I checked my bank activity that he had cashed it at a bank branch and deposited it which also made me question if he had any account where he put the payment for any of his services.
