AWhite Mountain RoofingI contacted White Mountain Roofing after reading online reviews. Thank Goodness I did! To begin with, Josh showed up to give us a quote when he said he would. In fact, I received a call half hour before he arrived, to let me know he was on his way. He gave me a reasonable quote to do a roof "Tune-up" on my moms cabin in Cloudcroft. He was courteous, informative, and explained what we did and did not need to do. We hired them and they unscrewed every screw in the metal roof and replaced them with bigger screws. They also took care of other issues on the roof to help us keep it maintained. His crew worked all weekend to get the job done. They even waited out a rainstorm and returned to work once it stopped raining! They were very professional and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them!- Christy C.

AWhite Mountain RoofingMy husband called Josh to come out and do a quote for a new roof. We were happy with our quote and was ready for our new roof. These guys soon found out this was not a easy task. Our roof needed to be up to code, so they had to rip all old off and start over. Definitely was a up and down process and none of us could've known what it was going to turn into to say the least. Josh and his workers rolled with the punches and inspectors to get us a beautiful new roof that we are so happy with! They were always on time and kept me in the loop the whole time. AAdvanced American Construction Inc.From the beginning we met George, the owner of Advanced American, and he was courteous and up front about the challenges we faced with this extensive renovation. This is a vacation home and we expressed to George how important it was for us to be able to trust his team to work on unsupervised other than occasional inspections. We felt comfortable with George and his honest assessments and decided to move forward with the project. He is the kind of contractor that will tell you from the beginning how much something will cost and not surprise you later with charges for things that were more complex than expected. He is very frank about what is required and how much it will cost in order to do a quality job. He does not cut corners and would rather not perform the work than do subpar work that will lead to issues in the future. He won't sugar coat the difficulty of the work needed and will not draw you in with a low ball quote only to double it on the backend. He is very knowledgeable home construction overall and his team can really take on almost anything. George always picks up his phone or returns calls as soon as possible. We left many valuable items in the home and ordered many things to be received by his team and not one item went missing or was damaged in the home. He stands behind the work and with minimal supervision completed the project and met all of our expectations. We would highly recommend his services and are thankful for the time and effort put forth by his team.- VIctor A.

ALon Smith RoofingWe just had our roof replaced in June, 2018 by Lon Smith and we are very pleased with the roof, the quality and the workmanship. Special recognition to Raphael Garcia who came in after the roof was installed to install additional roof vents. He was meticulous. He also painted two air vents that had not been painted and he even touched up a couple of areas on the roof where I had dripped paint.- Joe D.

AHollywood Roofing NMThe crew that accomplished the roof portion of the contracted work were exceptional workers, did an outstanding job, very, very pleased. The seamless gutters crew, again did a very good job, again, very pleased, except the post-job cleanup efforts lacked completeness. Nothing that will keep me from recommending them to anyone, I'm including it here so the Hollywood supervisor will know that this small portion of the and quot;guttersand quot; job needs improvement. There was a minor issue between myself and the Hollywood Roofing supervisor that through better communications would have made everything go by a bit more smoothly, but all-in-all, I'm quite happy with my new roof and gutters.- Zeke A.

AThe owner, Earl Freeman, was an absolute godsend. Earl (who was referred to us by a neighbor after we put out a distress call) truly saved the day after an Albuquerque spray foam roofer did a terrible job with a new roof install and refused to fix it (even after 6 months of complaints filed with the City of Albuquerque, the NM Construction Industries Division, the NM Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau). With the utmost professionalism and general contractor know-how, Earl got our roof fixed and our home repaired...all on the bad roofer's nickel. How Earl worked that magic, we'll never know. All we DO know is that we will NEVER hire for a medium to large residential job, again, without tapping Earl Freeman, first. This guy is connected and knows how to do the job right! And, he will save you time and heartache from the outset. We are forever grateful to this man.

They did an outstanding job, they are prompt and extremely neat in the work plus offering very reasonable prices. Terry recommended a shade that would blend well with my roof and trim. It turned out to be a perfect match. The installers worked fast and after they left there was not signs of them having been there they are very neat in their work. I highly recommend this company!

AMatt and his team was professional and on time. When he said he would get everything done in a little more then a week I was doubtful...13 windows and 2 doors....But him and his team worked hard and fast and did an awesome job. We're very happy with the results! While on site he even took the time to fix our front door that wasn't closing properly.....no extra charge...just really good client service! Around here a lot of "nicer" houses has wood frame windows but here at over 7000 feet the sun is brutal on them. When Matt told me he used vinyl I was hesitant at first thinking back on what vinyl windows used to look like...but I was very wrong...or just 20 years off. The woodlike finish on his vinyl windows looks great and at a glance you wouldn't even take them for vinyl windows at all. I would definitely hire him and his team again...and I might actually do so for some patio work in the future! (I tried to take some photos but it's hard when it's so bright outside. But at least you get an idea of what it looks like)

DIt didn’t. Called the office, and stopped by 2 days later to make sure someone was going to come by. No one came by and I didn’t get any call or message until another 2 days later when I was out of town. By then I had called another vendor who came by that same day and took a look at my house, and still i waited for a call from Magic, but nothing. So I hired the other vendor who may have been overpriced but it didn’t matter to me because they kept in contact. I understand that things happen and business can be hectic, but all i wanted was some communication. The reason why this was my first choice was because of their rating.
