ADuran's Extreme Cleanit went well..very courteous. my only wish is that when they vacuumed that it would have been nice if they had cleaned the baseboard carpet area. I had most of the vacuuming done but not the hallway and noticed when i was replacing the items of furniture that it had not been shampooed or vacuumed. that was the only disappointing thing. the boss got all the stains out of the carpet including gum,slime and play dough. i have a medical issue and he used only stuff that would not hurt my breathing issue..and when done it looked very nice...and the price was very reasonable. will use him again for our bedrooms soon.- tom and cathie m.

AMaster CleanI called another company on Angies list and they quoted me almost $900 for 3 small areas. I contacted Fermin at Master Clean and he charge $240. I showed him the three places I wanted cleaned. Two were pet stains and one was high traffic. He first sprayed something on all three areas, plus the entire carpet in the three different rooms. It was already looking much better. He then steam cleaned it and the carpet looked like new. He was quick, efficient, professional and a good price. He didn't just clean the 3 areas I mentioned. He cleaned the entire rooms where the three different areas were. I couldn't ask for a better experience.- Debra B.

AAvalanche CleaningProvider was courteous, and communicated well throughout the service; both before and during the cleaning. Considering the condition of my carpets (>10 y.o.), they look almost new. We have 3 cats and after the cleaning, you couldn't tell. No odors, stains, fur balls, etc. Eric worked very hard for over 2 hours. He cleaned wall-to-wall carpets, area rugs, and stairs. Very thorough, he didn't miss an inch that I could tell. Set-up was prompt; he just needs access to a spigot for his hose. We would absolutely use Avalanche again, and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good, thorough rug cleaning. Much better than the junk you rent from places like Walmart.- William W.

AKlean DryAmazing. Our renters had been very rough on the carpet. And we thought we might have to replace it. Sean was able to get all the stains out and now it looks and smells like new! As far as I am concerned, Klean Dry is the only option for carpet/furniture cleaning in the Albuquerque area. Aexcellent - Klean Force uses an outside lab to analyze the mold & determine type which I think is important. Gary was very responsive and when they started remediation, the black mold was worse than expected. They were helpful in determining the source of the leak, which confirmed the fix we had done. The remediation was a neat as possible. I would recommend them for any testing and remediation.

FHorrible, just run from this place, very incompetent people there. They will promise you a day to pick up your tile then they say it’s not in Santa Fe but you can go get it in Albquerque yourself after you have payed for everything and for shipping. I do have to give credit to mark, he tryed to help. Any place is better then Coronado.
