    The installer said he needed to come back to finish up.  I called twice to remind him, he finally returned my 2nd call 2 weeks later and said he would come the next day.  He never showed up.  I called a 3rd time and have not heard from him.

    FIRST OF ALL EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE IS EAGER TO HELP. I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW DISHWASHER A STOVE AND A REFRIGERATOR. WHEN I SAW THE ONES THAT I WANTED I ASKED IF THEY HAD THEM IN STOCK THE SALESPERSON SAID YES WE DO IF YOU SEE IT TODAY YOU CAN HAVE IT TODAY. THEY WERE VERY QUICK ABOUT 20 MINUTES AFTER I GOT HOME FROM THE STORE THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT THEY WERE ON THIER WAY. WHE THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INSTALLED ALL THE APPLIANCES IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAVENT A PROBLEM AT ALL WITH THE NEW PURCHASES THAT IVE MADE. THEY ALSO INFORMED ME THAT THEY DONT CONTRACT ANY WORK OUT LIKE THE BIG BOX STORES DO, THAT THEY HAVE THEIR OWN SERVICE STAFF WITH MANY YEARS OF EXPERIANCE.

    I WOULD DEFINATLEY RECOMMEND THEM..... PLUS IT PAYS TO SHOP LOCAL

    The first time he came out and said a hose was broken water leaked into freezer section over all my food.
    He re-attached the water hose and cleaned out freezer from all ice & talked a lot instead of working.
    They charged $70 for a service call and $80 an hour thereafter. He said it was fixed, he left.
    Several hours later it was still not working I called him, he came back and said the whole section ( which
    he did not find the first time) was solid ice and so he de-iced it put it all back together and left puddles of
    water on the floor and said all fixed & just thru everything back in the freezer. So yes we do have ice; but now
    the dispenser doesn't work and it did before he started the project. So my lesson learned; I thought I had
    used them before but had not and am sorry I did not ask cost which I usually do. Never did I expect to
    pay $80 an hour and the whole $245 was labor no parts needed, to a repairman. Ouch!

    Before I even purchased anything, the owner of the store came to my new house, looked at the existing appliances, tested them, and recommended what needed to be replaced. Then he worked with me diligently to find the best appliances for me at the best price. He even went so far as to make sure the appliances he was recommending for me would earn me the maximum rebate possible with the current manufacturers rebate program at the time. Once I selected the appliances he gave me a date of when they would be available and they were available that date. His installer brought the dishwasher and installed it. Later I noticed a link under the sink. The installer returned with the store owner, saw the cause of the leak, which was not their doing, and repaired it for me free of charge. The washer and dryer were installed and have worked flawlessly since. I was really pleased with the service I received before the sale, during the sale, and after the sale. Thank You Dependable Maytag!!!

    My wife and I went looking for a bed. I need something flat and pretty hard (not just "firm", but stiff, like a board) and my wife needs something soft. We explained this to the saleswoman who approached us in the store and immediately jumped right into the fancy overpriced Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses, none of which were comfortable for me. I made it very clear, I was looking for something HARD as that what my neck and back need to survive (I told her at least twice I would sleep on the platform/boxspring if she sold me one by itself), but wanted to find a way to sleep in the same bed as my wife. The saleswoman pretty much ignored me, told me I was crazy in 3 different ways, made fun of me, and kept trying to sell me mattresses that were WAYYYYY out of the budget we gave her. As soon as we got an excuse to leave, we were out of there and probably won't go back anytime soon. She did try to be friendly at first and was very attentive to us being there, but I can't say much more good about her or the store than that.

    They were great. My wife and I were looking for a bed we would both be comfortable with. She needs something soft and I'd slept on the floor most of the past year, enjoying the padded hardness and avoiding neck and headache problems doing so. The guy at the store (I think he was the owner's son) was really patient with us, mostly me, and helped us come up with a great solution that makes both my wife and I happy. I went to another furniture store in town, and the sales woman basically told me I was crazy and kept trying to sell me hugely overpriced memory foam mattresses. Mattress Outlet had much more affordable (and IMHO) just as nice memory foam mattresses, they just weren't for me. We came up with a solution to our unique bedding with their help and we're super happy with it.As an aside, once we got home and set up the bed, we found that a seam in my wife's part of the bed was undone, or hadn't been stitched. She called them up and they asked to make sure there was no way we could have torn it and ordered us a replacement. We swapped mattresses the other day for the new one, and they were very helpful and cooperative. I highly recommend checking them out.

    VICTORIA'S UPHOLSTERY
    I was advised that I may not have enough of the fabric I provided and was ask to pick a coordinating fabric which I did, but I said. If there is enough of my own fabric, please use it rather than the coordinating fabric. There was enough fabric, but they went ahead and used the coordinating fabric. It was used in such a manner that it looks uncoordinated to me. I asked them to make a small pillow of the coordinating fabric so that it didn't look so out of place. They wanted $30 which I thought was too much. Within less than a month the back separated from the front of the chair. I asked them to come and pick it u and fix it. They refused and told me I'd have to bring it in which I did.. The fix was apparently a simple one that just took a few minutes while I waited. I was them told that they would have come to the house to do the repair. By this time I was disgusted with them. I will not use Victoria's Upholstery again. I think I was overcharged, the workmanship was shoddy, and they didn't perform the service as I asked them to.
