    Unlimited Plumbing LLC
If you are looking for a professional plumbing company that stands squarely behind their work- go to Unlimited Plumbing. In the fall of 2017 Unlimited Plumbing installed under floor radiant heating in an upstairs bathroom. The work was done quickly and professionally and all seemed well. But as the weather got colder it became clear that the system was not doing its job. The bathroom remained cold. Unlimited Plumbing came right out, checked the system, made some adjustments and replaced a valve, all at no charge. But still no warmth. This time the company owner came out, went over the whole system and deduced that there must be a major cold air leak into the interfloor space where the heating tubing was placed. This was a distinct possibility given that the house is older and much remodeled. After taking down the ceiling drywall they found that insulation had not been properly installed during a remodel some 20 years ago, leaving the interfloor space under the bathroom open to the exterior. No wonder that bathroom has always been so cold! The problem was not readily visible when Unlimited did the initial heating install, it was not at all their fault, yet they found it, fixed it and even had the drywall replaced and retextured, all at no cost. No fuss, no complaints, they just did it and did it right.

    Harder Electrical & Mechanical
I called Dave Harder on the advice of my husband after a less-than-perfect experience with another electrical repair company to re-diagnose the malfunction and install an already purchased replacement panel. Dave was on time, careful, and professional. He installed the parts and rewired faulty connections - I haven't had a problem since. He also took the time to show me what had caused the boiler to malfunction and what he did to fix it. I wish I had known to call him in the first place - my husband had had him perform work for us when we first remodeled our house and speaks very highly of him. Dave is now in my contact list as "our electrician", too... I should also note that while I gave him a "B" for "price", I consider him to be an "A" for value (not an option in the rating section here); while Harder Electrical is not on the cheap end of the scale, you won't have to call someone else to redo their work. In the end, it is worth every penny.

More than the pumping alone, I really needed to understand my existing system. I called Atlas after hours and they talked with me for about a half hour answering the many questions I had. They were very professional and knowledgeable over the phone and I was able to schedule service for the next day. George called me an hour before the scheduled time to let me know he could meet me at the house earlier, which was great for me. George was very professional in person. He was able to quickly determine what kind of system I had and he took a great deal of time to make sure I understood the many components of the system. He made quick work of the pumping/filter cleaning and identified areas which needed preventative maintenance. His attentiveness and detailed explanation of his assessment gave me confidence and trust in Atlas. I highly recommend Atlas and George.

    ADP Plumbing LLC
Just fine. He assessed it and had his son fixed it. I have called Jim at least 6 times for another job.Last time he promised my husband he would call back and make an appt. We even asked if we did anything wrong which we didn't. He just said he was very busy with emergencies. I can't in all good consciousness rate someone as good when there is no response for additional business. Why is ADP plumbing even listed on Angie's list if they do not need new customers. If I was the company I would follow up on them. It is unfair and a tease to do a good job and then not be available. Believe me we are normal everyday people who would never act inappropriately.

All American Design and Construction LLC
We are extremely pleased with the work. The tile work was beautiful, and all work was done in a timely manner. We replaced all the plumbing, cabinetry and tile, with new fixtures and granite counters and tub surround. Our leaky shower was replaced with a new support and tile guaranteed not to leak! The work space was kept clean, and Karl and his crew worked hard to make sure we were happy with the finished product. Karl was well versed in the products used in the tile and cabinetry construction and had great recommendations for all the plumbing, tile and granite.

    Paragon Construction LLC
We are thrilled with the job and with Paragon Construction.  Having built a couple of homes in the past, and having done other remodel jobs, we were cynical about contractors due to some of our previous experiences.  We now have new faith in the profession!  The owner, Byron Butcher, is pleasant, professional, courteous and extremely capable,  Due to the extensive work to be done (over a period of about 5 months) we did not live in the home while the work was being done, but did visit the site daily.  Mr. Butcher and his crew were there on time, usually worked 6 days a week, and to my amazement, cleaned the site at the end of each workday.  The whole team was pleasant and very professional.  Mr, Butcher was very responsive to owner input (and change requests), and if he had a suggestion (often things we hadn't considered), he was very polite in explaining his viewpoint -- we were very appreciative of his extensive knowledge about construction.  He obviously has many years of experience and was well versed or had experts working if there were speciality areas (tile work for example).  Perhaps one of the best bonuses of hiring Mr. Butcher is that he is a Master Carpenter.  As a result, all the things that were particularly important to us, like the finish of the house, were given a great deal of attention (such as setting cabinets and doors, making sure baseboard was trimmed perfectly, etc).  Additionally, he was very professional with his paperwork and bid process.  He required all his workers to carry workman's comp which we much appreciated.  If we ever want additional work done, we will call Paragon Construction to do the job.

    Plumbing Express LLC
The zoned variable speed system was a dramatic change compared to the old system I had which reflected the average installation found in the vast majority of older homes. Couple the convenience of flexibility in controlling different areas of the home with the dramatic cost saving efficiency of the system and you have a winning situation. I followed his suggestion and had Stephan add blow-in insulation into the attic and the difference it made, along with the new system, further increased the overall efficiency and comfort level. These furnaces are significantly quieter and with the added insulation, reaching the desired temperatures requires much less time, thus lowering utility costs. The system also has Wi-Fi accessibility so I can monitor and control my heating and cooling from any location. This was one of the best decisions I have made when it comes to home improvements! I highly recommend Plumbing Express for coverage of all of your HVAC, plumbing and gas service needs.

    AAA Septic Tank & Pumping
AAA quickly made room in their schedule for a service visit.
Hector was punctual and knowledgeable.  He quickly determined what the problem was, and corrected it.
We plan to call AAA in the future for any septic system issues we may have.

New Mexico's Route 66 Plumbing Co
Alvin and Ray provided expert service for the listed items, were efficient and friendly, and kept the work area clean.  There was a misunderstanding with the office regarding when the service was to be provided but this was easily resolved.

    York Septic Systems

York's estimate came in the lowest when we needed to install a new septic system about 5 years ago.  We paid for a service contract where they were supposed to come out and inspect the system every 6 months.  We suspected that they weren't actually coming out because the ground was never disturbed.  From then on we insisted on making appointments when we could be home, and this became very difficult.  Calls were not returned, and it usually took weeks for appointments to be made.  Late last summer we began noticing an odor and called for service.  Again, it took forever to have someone come out, and we (and the neighborhood) were living with the smell the whole time.  York finally stated that the system had shifted because of a buildup of grease.  I don't cook (ever), so the only culprit could be our bar soap, which had shea butter as an ingredient.  I couldn't believe this could be the case, and I never saw the layer of grease, but we were at York's mercy.  The tank manufacturer had gone out of business, but I researched the brand on-line, and tracked down one of it's representatives.  He stated that it was an excellent tank with few problems.  The representative couldn't believe that grease could have shifted the tank in solid ground.  Another septic company came out at my request, and also seemed skeptical about grease being able to be the culprit.  York finally came out with a backhoe, dug up the whole area, and reset the tanks.  They left a big mess, including scraping the bark off of a precious tree.  I received a bill for almost $1000.00, and since Michael knew we were putting the house on the market he demanded payment in less than 2 weeks or he stated that he would put a lien on the property.

I would never use this company again, and recommended another company to the new owner for any future problems.
