did not use them, we used Glass-rite instead, also they have called numerous times, but never leave a message. If you have to solicite for sales then maybe your price and quality are not worth it.

Install went well, but it took forever to get them to come out. I had to call the install coordinator repeatedly. Product came in and sat for about a month before I called install coordinator.
