It took some time to have the windows made once we placed the order, but the sales people gave us an accurate estimate for date they would be ready and scheduled the work several weeks in advance. They followed up a few days before the work was supposed to begin, told us who would be coming to the house, and how long it would take. Replaced 4 double-hung aluminum frame windows with vinyl casement windows, and replace one fixed-pane wood frame frosted glass window with an awning style vinyl window.

It was excellent. The installation team was excellent. They were very polite and very efficient. They cleaned everything up. It was an easy installation. I didn't really have to do anything. Everything was perfect. It took one day. I would absolutely use them in the future.

See above. All windows and sliding glass doors were replaced with low-e energy efficient double or triple pane glass. This last set of windows completed Pella replacing all windows an door in my home and I have been very happy with the quality of the windows and the installation by various Pella crews.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Replace sliding glass door and three windows with Pella Products. Job was done in a timely manner and as always the Pella Products were first class. One minor issue did come up after installation and Pella people returned and corrected an issue with trim pieces that did not stay in place.
