Lighting Installation reviews in Albuquerque

    Gray Wolf Electric N.M.
I called Gray Wolf Electric and told him what I wanted done. Tom made some recommendations on what type of fixtures to get which I really appreciated. He suggested I purchase the fixtures myself to be sure I get what I want. Tom arrived on time to do the work. He replaced the fixtures in the garage and the floodlight outside with in an hour. I am very pleased with the results.

    4 B's Electric
I have used Tom's 4 B's Electric services on several projects in two different homes. Prior to working with Tom I had used other electricians and was never happy. They didn't do what they were supposed to; treated their helpers rudely; or they outright did things wrong. I had been using another site to get the names of electricians. When Tom came over for the first job, he spent hours fixing what the previous owner had done. A spaghetti junction of wires over the kitchen. Hidden connections etc. He also fixed things at the panel that another electrician had not noticed, although I had paid him to assure me that everything in the panel was fine. Everything on this job took too long etc. Tom was fantastic, patient, calm and was extremely fair in his price. I've used Tom ever since. He comes when he says he will. He does the job. He never cuts corners. He tells me when he sees other issues that need to get fixed. He advises me so I don't spend an arm and a leg doing something I may not have to do (replace a fan when I can just change the light fixture). His fair pricing lets me do renovations I would not normally attempt (or would madly try to do myself). He has apprentices that work well with him. I trust Tom. I know he will do a good job and he won't rip me off. That is invaluable. I highly recommend 4 B's Electric!

    Powerhouse Electric
Went great! I've had him out twice now as we had a few different things to get done. Joe's attention to detail and making sure things are done the right way are top notch. Things took longer than expected on this last visit due to some hidden problems once he got inside the wall, but he still honored the original quote.

    Powerhouse Electric
Joe of Powerhouse Electric was awesome! Not only was he extremely responsive (and the only contractor of several I called who responded), he gave a fair quote and stuck to it even though it turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated. Work completed was top-notch quality with extreme attention to detail. I was so satisfied with his work that I was quick to book him again for another electrical project I've had on the back burner. Would (and will) hire again and highly recommend to anyone in the Albuquerque area who needs a fair, high-quality electrician.

All American Design and Construction LLC
We couldn't be more pleased with the fabulous job Karl and his staff did remodeling our home. Our master bedroom and bathrooms now look exactly the way we envisioned it. Karl was helpful with design ideas that made the process easier for us. He was great at responding to any questions, changes, or additions we decided to make along the way... and there were quite a few! We have an old house full of wonky walls and floors that were not straight and/or level. They did a great job at fixing or adjusting for these issue making the end result look great! Everyone who has visited our home since the renovation raves about how fantastic the bathroom looks. We will certainly use them again for future projects. Thank you. Christi & Zach

    Libo Electric & Construction
Victor was accommodating and understanding from the beginning. It was clear from the start that he was very experienced and knowledgable. My old house in the Nob Hill / University Heights area was in desperate need of an electrical upgrade. Not much was to code any more. Victor clearly explained my options and what needed to be done, he was also very patient when I added or removed items from the project scope. He was willing to phase out the job while I was traveling between states and waiting for other contractors to finish their work. I would recommend Victor to anyone with a small OR big electrical project, and I will be calling him back with any future projects.

    Powerhouse Electric
What should have been a relatively easy (for an electrician) job, turned into one much more time consuming. Joe was professional and patient and stuck with the job until perfect results were achieved. Powerhouse Electric is the only electrician you need to call.

    HANKS CUSTOM BUILDERS
Renee Hanks is a meticulous craftsman who is extremely knowledgeable. In spite of the fact that previous work on our new home was done in a shoddy and sloppy manner, Renee was able to correct the incompetent work done before and create something beautiful. He does the work himself with the help of his partner Lyndell and the services of a master electrician or plumber when needed. He does not show up with an inexperienced crew, which many contractors routinely do. He is punctual, shows up every day until the job is finished. This was a wonderful experience during the difficult process of renovation. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Completely professional and beautiful results.

Radiance Industries LLC dba True Light Electric
I volunteered to remodel a newly purchased house built in 1952 (with three subsequent additions over time) for my elderly sister who was moving to Albuquerque. The wiring situation in the house was very complicated - there were three separate electrical boxes being used, with one the original from 1952. I had an incredibly difficult time finding electricians willing to take on the task of combining these boxes and adding new wiring. Most electrical companies I called had no interest in this job and the few times I convinced an electrical company to come out, evaluate the situation, and provide an estimate - I never received a call back. I had a very limited time in which to have the house finished and I lost a lot of sleep agonizing over who might come and help me out. Then True Light Electric was recommended to me by the HVAC company I was using ... and True Light was indeed the brightest light in this otherwise difficult remodel I was attempting. They came over immediately after my call, walked through and evaluated all that needed to be done and, decided they would be willing to accept the challenge -- and challenge it was. They provided an extremely reasonable estimate that I gladly accepted. Their knowledgeable, personable, and hard working technicians worked to fit my compressed schedule and satisfy all the electrical needs of the remodel. Their technicians were always punctual, friendly, and easy to talk with. They readily explained what they were doing, how they were doing it, and discussed with me the best way to resolve the unforeseen issues they found. Along with consolidation of the existing wiring and adding fans and new outlets, there was the complete wiring of a new kitchen. Now, after the completion of their work, I feel confident that the electrical system in the house is safe and reliable for my sister. I highly recommend this company for any type of electrical work and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

    Advanced American Construction Inc.
Very satisfactory outcome for remodel of master bathroom. Crew achieved our request to retain/re-use original cabinetry. Very good quality of workmanship. We selected all of the tiling (porcelain & LVT), fixtures, tub, sink, commode, faucets, and other hardware. The shower glass/glazing sub-contractor did a quality job. The AAC contractor and his crew were responsive to questions and requests/concerns throughout the process. Installation of the kitchen/pantry/powder porcelain floor tiling was very good (this project was not part of the original scope, and the contractor accommodated the significant change). For the garage work, the crew did a very good job with getting the garage back into code compliance. The installation of the water heater was good and -- considering the stand and a larger heater -- avoided a loss of clearance into and accessible space in the room. All of the work passed every code inspection, without any hiccups. The only negative was that a few and relatively minor "loose ends" weren't finished, seemingly due to schedule demands.
