    Frontpoint
Only provides one sign for the duration of their service, otherwise charge $11 plus tax for shipping a sign that costs only $3. Unwilling to discuss options, I get the feeling customers in New Mexico are a very low priority. They were very quick to tell me how to cancel their service. I am going to look at other providers. I am very disappointed in their service after 4 years of dealing with them.

    Armed Response Team
The installation was perfect. No problems. Very professional and friendly workers. We have had no problems with the equipment. We started the service on July 28, 2017. We paid for the equipment and installation up front, $1160 and pay $62 per month for monitoring. We have never had an actual break-in, but have accidentally opened the door after the alarm was set. We always got an immediate call to check if everything was ok and had to give our password. The locally owned company sold in February I think. Can't remember exactly. We hadn't had any oops! alarms since then until a week ago. Again, the door was opened after the alarm was set. I was calling them to say it was ok. In the meantime, before I got ahold of them, the monitor person called and since I was calling them, got voice mail. He left a message "Hi, Armed Response Team. Your alarm went off. If you have any questions call me." I am paying their high price because they send an armed retired policeman and call APD. I was furious. if you have any questions call me........ Sure I'll call as soon as they finish raping or murdering me. Then yesterday we did it again. I didn't call them because I didn't want another voice mail, so waited for them to call me, which they did - about 15 minutes later. Certainly not the service I am paying for. I am debating whether I am going to continue with them. We were very happy until they were sold.

    LifeShield Home Security
Very well, been with lifeshield for 5 years. Had a contract. Wanted to cancel. Checked out competitor with similar features. Matched prize, eliminated contract, upgraded equipment, complimentary. Great deal.

    Southwest Smart Homes
This was the best service and exactly what we were looking for. They were professional, kind and helpful. We received personalized service to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. All of the service was individualized and all (minor) issues that came up were troubleshooted and fixed promptly. I would 100% go with them again and reccomend then whole heartedly.

    T A S Security Systems Inc
Installer on time. He had to come back because alarm was going off by itself because of motion detector. He came back right away and installed a different motion detector. I'm happy with this local company.

    Current Security and Electric
Mr. Bay performed his electrical services in a very professional manner. He corrected electrical wiring/installation errors made by previous electricians, and installed both exterior and interior light fixtures expertly. He was very prompt to the job site, and provided both military/senior discounts for his services. I am exceedingly pleased with his and the company's performance.

    Southwest Smart Homes
Everything turned out great. The technology is very responsive and easy to use. Southwest Smart Homes programmed my Alexa to turn lights on with voice control, turn certain lights on when I arrived home or turn my television on with voice control. The cameras that were installed connect back to my phone so I can see what is happening when I'm away.

    Link Interactive
Link Interactive were very easy to work with on the phone, and very quick to ship us the equipment. It arrived 2 days later and I did the install after reviewing their on-line instructions posted on Link's website. The installation took about 3-4 hours but really was not difficult. We activated the system with Link and everything worked well. After using the system for a couple weeks, we noticed that although the 2Gig control panel worked as advertised, our mid-60's eyes just weren't sharp enough to use the smallish 2Gig panel's touch screen. So although the system worked well, we decided to exchange the 2Gig system and sensors with the newly released Qolsys IQ Panel 2 (also carried by Link) which has a much larger and higher resolution screen. Link Interactive processed the exchange quickly for us and I dismantled the 2 Gig system and shipped it back to Link, and replaced everything with the Qolsys system and sensors. The IQ Panel 2 is an excellent panel that has worked really well with our aging eyes. We have had this system now for 3 months and it has worked flawlessly for us. The added bonus with the new Qolsys IQ Panel 2 is has a built-in 4G cellular chip (rather than the 3G chip in the 2Gig), has wifi for dual-path communication with the alarm monitoring company (Alarm.com) for fail-safe back-up, communication, and a bluetooth module that that will disarm the alarm system when you return home and have your linked bluetooth-equipped smart phone with you. Very cool and convenient when you have your hands full with groceries, etc. Bottom line is that if you have good vision, the 2Gig system is very fine and feature packed. For poorer eyes like ours, we really appreciate the larger, clearer screen the Qolsys system uses. Good choices either way. And the service and help given by Link Interactive staff is excellent, patient and always pleasant. Link's monitoring plans and prices are top-notch too. Count us as very satisfied.

    Protection 1 Security Solutions
I have authority to write a review on behalf of my elderly parents. This company took advantage of elderly veterans that was a loyal customer of 17+ years. They were paying for 17 years $60 monthly for your alarm service you can do the math on how much they actually have paid for this service. They couldn't afford Protecition1 ridiculously expensive Alarm Monitoring no longer and went with a less expensive service for $19.99 monthly. WOW! what a savings. Before they cancelled service with Protection1 they asked if Protection1 can match this price, of course Protection1 did not and only offered them a few bucks off but tried to sell them more equipment. I am disgusted and horrified to say that my parents have paid Protection1 for seventeen years and was very loyal and this company was not loyal in return. They have taken advantage of this extremely loyal customer by providing them with outdated equipment-(one motion sensor and one outdated low model keypad to be exact.) Wow! They have paid you well over $12,000 dollars and this is what was installed in their home at the initial install. You would think by now they would have had multiple Alarm devices in their home for this price. It was horrifying to also know that my parents contacted their company to notify them that their keypad was not working. The tech found the that their low model, outdated, used keypad buttons was not working and so your technician rigged the keypad to work. Their entire system is wireless. So the technician wired their old keypad that was not working (RF) keypad to a (6151 Standard keypad) and made holes in their closet to rig both of these hideous keypads together to make it work. So in other words a keypad was in their closet connected to the outside wall to the other keypad. The technician should have put in a NEW Updated 6151 RF KEYPAD . I could not believe this is the type of work Protection1 completes for the price they have been paying. They also found out their provided Vista 10 panel was outdated and was never updated or replaced either. This company was contacted becasue in order to have another alarm company to service them they paid over $600 of new equipment and updated alarm devices something this company should have done in the seventeen years. Please Albuquerque do your research don't go to these overpriced ALARM companies with lengthy contracts, find a company in your area for your alarm needs.STAY LOCAL...
