We used Baillio's for appliance sales. We went and got all our appliances there.

They tried to help us every way they could and they went out of their way. We were getting ready to buy something and the sales person stopped us and said, 'You need to wait if you can a couple of weeks.' We bought things from a specific store and she told us if you buy all from that specific store they have a sale coming up. So she assumes the sale, 'But don't buy it yet, we've got what you need and we will have it but wait until it comes up then we'll call you. As soon as I see it come up I'll call you. It's on it's way, it's coming up you can save. It was a lot and they gave you a rebate from that specific store. So besides having a rebate the store is going to give you a discount on all these things and we'll store it until you need it. Don't worry about it. When you're done and you need it to come and when you're ready to have it then we'll deliver it.' So they stored it and they took care of everything and they went out of their way to make sure it worked but the saved me $1500. It was a lot and they were really cool about it. They were taking care of me and she would call to see how we were doing just to let me know she was working on it. She would call once a week just to tell me she didn't forget and she is making sure that worked and then she went to the manager and got a little bit more money off one of the items. She talked to the manager and got another discount. It's a big place but it's a family business where they take care of people but they saved us a lot of money. They were prompt and everything they said happened exactly the way they said it would. They stored it, they delivered it and it was good and they didn't charge me to deliver it. They waived the delivery charge. They delivered within 72 hours.

I purchased a washer/dryer from Baillos and had it delivered to my home.

The salesman at Baillos, Duane, was very courteous and helpful. He said delivery would be the next day. The delivery men, Manuel and Marcos, called when they were on their way, to let me know. They were prompt and quickly prepared the washer and dryer to install in my laundry closet in the kitchen. They were very courteous, and efficiently installed the washer and dryer in the closet.

As it turned out, the new dryer was deeper than the old dryer, and as a result, the folding doors on the laundry closet did not have enough clearance to close. Marcos and Manuel then noticed that if they removed some extra hardware (two small metal pieces) from the doors they might close properly. They did remove the metal pieces and the doors then closed. I was very grateful they could solve this problem. Overall, I was very pleased with Baillos service.
