It was a straightforward process with no pressure or upsale at any time. We've not yet selected cabinets, but were impressed with Tim's professionalism and knowledge.

Tim was very informative in the showroom. He came to our house the same day to measure and discuss alternatives. He promptly sent us computer generated drawings of the cabinets we had discussed.

I stopped by the store and let the salesperson know exactly what I was looking for. They sent out a person to measure and match the cupboard material with what already exists in the kitchen. Not too long afterward someone came to install the cupboard to match the rest of the kitchen. Very smooth business deal and I would use them again if the need ever arose.

The representative from the company told me the work I wanted done was too expensive. She also told me that the measurements she took for the fire place she would write something up and email me an estimate, I never received this estimate. I told her what I wanted in the kitchen; she said it would be too expensive. She came here to get work from me but, she made an assessment of what I could affor...

They came out to give me an estimate on some book shelves by my fire place and some cabinet work I needed done in the kitchen.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. She came to the house and measured everything involved and later provide drawings that illustrated the proposed design. The employees at the showroom were very helpful and helped for an extended amount of time in selecting the cabinet design I wanted. When the cabinets arrived, the installers came out within days and installed the cabinets. They took ...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The contractor sold me kitchen and bathroom cabinets and also installed the cabinets. A salesperson came out and measured the areas and provided me with an estimate. They also sold me cabinet doors for my existing re-surfaced cabinets.

Cabinets were not ordered correctly and thus had to wait 2-3 weeks before cabinets were done. then their was a problem with the cabinets, not very good quality. hinges and hardware coming off. End of January is when they're finally getting to fix the problems. Not yet fixed but we have a date.
