  • Lousy, My vet's husband is in the service and sher resigned because he was transferred. I was called the day before the appointment and was told the owner of the Clinic would not allow a 4PM appointment because the new vet is "SLOW" and the clinic owner sees me at the Post Office. They tried to schedule it for 2:30 on another day but that I am disabled and that is my nap time. They offered 3PM, but I am not up that early. Finally I was offered 3:30PM which is still too early for me but knowing they always run late, I figured that I could get there sometime between 3:30PM and 4PM. I anciently learned that I was lied to and the appointment was scheduled for 3PM! I asked if I could see the owner instead and was told his last appointment was 2:30PM. I have seen him there close to 5PM in the past. The clinic owner is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act by disputing my disability! I don't know the new vet at all but did receive professional care from Dr. Comer for the last several years. Since this clinic is denying my dog medical care, I have picked up her chart. Price varies depending on service rendered, tests performed, and medications dispensed. Price stated is the last visit that I paid for which was an allergy injection.

  • I sent Dr staley a letter explaining this and I asked him to reply but he didn't even care enough to respond. I see the other reviews on him here are positive and I don't understand why I am the only person with a negative review. When vets are brought up in a group of people someone almost always has a horror story to tell about the care he gave their pets.

  • We have used them one time. We were gone for a week and boarded two animals. Their professionalism and caring for the animal stood out the most. We walked the place and it was really clean. We liked the price.

  • I have been using them several years. The staff is very attentive to the animal. They do a follow-up. They check the animal even after I come home a couple of days later if they have done anything major to the animal. They always make sure that the animal is doing okay and we don't anything. Their pricing is a little high.

  • Miller is extremely rough with the chiro work and is ineffective, he may have even made my boy worse!!!! Also,  while he was trimming my dog's nails he was extremely careless and cut two qwicks making my baby bleed!! My dogs nails are white so its not that hard to see the qwick!! He has the bedside manner of a pile of mud and his staff are some of the most rude women I have ever met. He will charge you for breathing in his office, he is that greedy!!!! For example, they have this ridiculous "rule" that if you go more than 2 weeks without a chiropractic adjustment they charge you double the price!! Really???? So, if my dog is doing well and we don't need an adjustment we get penalized and charged?  And one day I had an appointment that I could not attend because I was locked down on the air force base due to an exercise and the front desk clerk Wendy was rude and unreasonable. She was nasty to talk to, and wanted to charge me a fee to re-schedule. GREEDY!!! I left a message to speak with Dr. Miller, who never called me back. I'm not at all surprised. All my other vets call me back and are professional, but not this guy!! He could give two cents about his clients or their animals, all he cares about is the money. So stay away from this greedy and uncaring bunch of people.

  • These guys are to notch! I was given a short notice leave and I have no one to watch my dogs here. My parents who live in MA were willing to take them while I was serving overseas. Neither of them at the time were spayed. They did have appointments scheduled but they were both a month out atleast. In order to ship my dogs over state lines it was asked that they both be done before the pick-up date and have parvo/rabies shots. No one else would work with me to fit them in and help me get this done until I called Staley's. They were a little hesitant at first and unsure if they would be able to accommodate my needs but they came through and were able to fit both of them in back to back. ( I am pretty sure they gave up a lunch to do this). I expected to be charged a ridiculous price for the short notice this was but at almost 100 a dog for everything they did I could not have been happier. Sadly I lost my dogs to my parents because they are "so fun and cute" but I will defiantly continue to take any animal I guardian for here because I know I can count them to do the right thing and not put me or my pets through the ringer.

  • He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He's a caring veterinarian who obviously loves what he does. I appreciate that he takes time with you as a pet parent. He's gentle with the pets during exams. The facility is clean and spotless and the staff is great.

  • The place was a bit hard to was in the middle of no where..I liked this place overall, but the fact that it was out of the way and they didn't do a great job on my dogs nails will prevent me

  • I took my 12-year-old dog in to Dr. Staley's to have a couple of growths removed-- one on her face and one on her leg. The doctor has previously told me that the growths were not dangerous, but they seemed to be bothering the dog, so I decided to have them removed. I brought her in in the morning and picked her up in the early afternoon. The procedure went well. The dog healed quickly -- no infection or anything like that. The staff was very good about explaining the after-surgery instructions. We've always been pleased with every procedure that Dr. Staley has performed on our pets.

  • We had an initial no-charge meeting to discuss what I needed and wanted to accomplish and a bit about the trainer's methods, the cost and both of our expectations. During six following hour-plus training sessions we went over a number of different commands and behavior patterns on which I was encouraged to work independently with my dog between the sessions. Ginger went from bad leash manners and difficult to control to very responsive and well mannered during the course of these lessons. Having been a parent and also trained horses and mules professionally in my earlier days, I found the methods ideal--mild discipline and 'attention getting' but no abusive or harsh treatment. When Ginger graduated from Basic Obedience I felt I could take her anywhere on a leash and expect good behavior and for her to be no danger to herself or anyone else. This was my goal and it was met very well. Reinforcement of good behavior and performance to command is by treats and lavish praise. Corrections are seldom more than a vocal indication of displeasure, 'no' or a mild growling sound and then repeat the action until it is done properly. In six sessions, Ms Armstrong was never late and was patient with me when I was slow to 'get' how to do certain ways of handling my dog and showing her what I wanted. However she has high standards and makes sure both the student and the dog attain them. This is good!
    She would have come to my home but there are other dogs present which would have created a distraction and interference so we selected a public place where there is room to work and generally not too much interference.
