  A family-friend recommended Bergenfield Tree Service to us and we're so glad we choose them! They took down a total of 15 trees (that we had marked with a spray painted 'X'), grinded them and trimmed the remaining trees around the perimeter of our backyard. Their work ethic and professionalism was truly amazing and can't go without praise. They were extremely proficient, in total it look less than a day. The 8-man crew cleaned up the yard multiples times throughout the job. They worked with safety as a top priority and at the same time were sure not to hit trees that we were keeping.

  FAMA tree service did a great job for me. We had 2 Ash trees which needed to be taken down. Both were in tough spots due to near house or wires. They handled with care and I was pretty amazed that not even a branch hit my house. I have and several neighbors state how great the house looks now with the work completed. Also the team worked so hard they were at my house from 8 AM to almost 8 PM to complete. They were really neat to watch!

  We were very pleased with the work that Edgar and his crew did. They completed all the work listed in the estimate, and Edgar also noted and trimmed a few items not on the estimate. He seemed very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. His crew was friendly and efficient. The maple that he cabeled was a large tree that he pruned back first and then cabeled to keep the tree from splitting further apart. We definitely will use them again.

  It went extremely well. I'd like to give seven stars if I can! A++++++ Adam and his team cut down a forest of trees that have grown over the years on my property. His work just increased the value of my property! The reason is because his crew are very professional and know what they are doing. Some of his staff climbed the highest trees without anything other than safety equipment and a chain saw to cut once up there and took down massive trees without a hitch. When they were done, it looked as if no tree was ever there. He took care of all the stumps as well. Since I was traveling quite a bit, my in-laws found some missed branches etc on the ground, which frankly are easy to take care of. I contacted Adam about them, and he sent his crews as needed to take care of even that. My in-laws were happy. Adam even gave me his cell number so that we can stay in touch very easily. Adam is a pro, and one I wish to keep close. I will definitely do more business with him along the way and will send any recommendations his way. Thank you Adam!

  Perfectly! I was especially impressed with the care they took to notice and carefully remove dead branches in various trees. Removal of the plum tree and large overhanging branch were completed without a hitch.

  A large and old apple tree fell in my back yard with one limb partially on my neighbor's property. I called 3 tree service to get estimates. Cousins estimate was actually $50 more than the lowest offer. When I explained this, they said they would meet the offer and could remove the tree within the hour since they were already in the area (the other low bid tree service could not come out for 4 days). I gave Cousins the OK, and in less than an hour, they came out, removed the tree and left the area spotless. Great work in my book.

  I have never worked with another contractor/service provider that has gone so far above and beyond, to not only help take care of the issues I had, but to also walk me through the complexities of my unique situation. While other companies were pushing off even coming out for a quote until later in the week, Boulder Hill came out THAT DAY to quote and were at my home to work the next morning. Pretty impressive considering their high amount of positive reviews probably means they have a lot of customers to handle. 100% recommend.
