Charlie was awesome!!! He arrived on time, was very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained everything he was going to do prior to starting the job. Charlie was was also very neat while working and was respectful of my home. We had an issue with damaged travertine in our bathroom due to using a grout cleaner that claimed to be for natural stone, specifically travertine. It wasnt - it damaged and stained it. Charlie honed it and resealed it. He was able to fix the problem and it turned out great, he also cleaned our ceramic tile floor in the kitchen and also recolored the grout. Lastly, he cleaned and sealed our granite counter tops and regrouted the backsplash. We highly recommend Sir Grout of Montvale and will call them for all future issues. If you are fussy and like things done correctly the first time with no drama, call them. You wont be disappointed!

From the very first introduction to Matt my experience proceeded flawlessly thru finish . Matt was professional and knew his stock of slabs, which is ALOT. In fact after knowing I wanted quartzite and knowing the colors of my bathroom he took me to Hurricane Blue, a beautiful slab, but suggested I walk the yard. We were too cold so I came back at a later date and met Robert and walked around a little with him. All Granite has nice-sized samples so you can bring them home and test the color. When I decided to moved forward withe Hurrican Blue (thank you Matt), they sent Derek to my home to laser measure and discuss the project more - back/side splashes etc. Derek was thorough, professional and knowledgeable and obviously measured everything well because the top fits perfectly. Next step was to pick my particular slab and tape off the section I wanted. Poor Stan stood with me in the yard in a torrential rain while I hemmed and hawed about my selection between 3 remnant slabs (since I only needed a vanity top no sense cutting a full slab which are for countertops). Ben and his team of two came a few days later to install the vanity and under mount my Kohler sink, which I purchased separately. Thanks Ben and team for a great install. All and all I am so happy with my vanity top. I can't stop looking at the beauty of the natural stone. See the pics below.

Fantastic, outstanding, far exceeded all expectations!. Professionalism and extreme attention to detail from the owner to the craftsman. Everyone who sees the new kitchen comments about how beautiful the counters came out, and how the grains of the stone flow in the right direction. It takes a true artist to look at a slab of stone and determine the best approach to cutting the stone to gain the absolute best results. We will use Barocco again, and so will our friends and family!

Having already received quotes for a Silestone quartz counter top from two vendors, I requested a quote (kitchen layout drawing attached) via e-mail from Fuda Tile. Their Butler, NJ store handles e-mail requests and provided the quote. Their price fell in the middle of the two other quotes received. I opted to order the counter top from Fuda due to their reputation and since I did not have a warm feeling about the company providing the lowest price.

I dealt with Fuda via phone and e-mail from the time of order, scheduling and rescheduling the template and final installation.
I found their sales representative (Marien) extremely helpfully through out the process. The counter top was ordered in early December with the understanding that the installation would be in mid to late January. The counter top was special ordered and put in stock with receipt of a minimal deposit ($500).

Based on the work in progress and projected job completion Fuda was contacted to schedule the template needed for fabrication. Due unforseen delays in the work in process, it was necessary to reschedule the template twice with last minute notice. Fuda was extremely patient with the necessity to make changes to their schedule.

Installation for counter tops is done by their Ridgefield, NJ store. The template was done on Feb. 3, 2012. The technicians arrived on time and were professional and helpful in answering questions and making suggestions for the final design and installation. Extras suggested and provided at no cost included the fabrication of a cutting board from the section of counter top cut out for the sink installation. 50% of the balance was due at the time of the template.

Installation was estimated to be 5 to 10 business days after the template. The actual time was 5 days. Fuda was able to make a layout on the stone and avoid seams in any of the long pieces of tile. Originally the design indicated that there would be a seam in the middle of where the sink gets installed. The estimated square footage via the quote was 60. The actual was 61 sq. ft. The remaining cost of the installation (as estimated) was due at time of installation.

The technicians who made the template installed the counter top. My wife and I are thrilled with the finished product and would use Fuda for any work to be done in the future.

Fantastic. I was a little worried in the beginning when I visited the showroom because it was so crazy busy and I wasn't sure if I was going to get the attention I need. But the selection was tremendous and the price was something I could not find anywhere else. Their yard is filled with thousands of slabs that I can choose from. The best thing was after I picked out the slab, a guy actually worked with me on how to cut the slab in two pieces for my kitchen. Because each granite slab is not uniform in color and pattern, they made sure that the flow and the pattern matched exactly the way I want. The installation guys were great, too. They took their time to make sure that the countertops were all leveled and did not leave any dust or debris after they were done. ( The previous people I used for my old home did not use a vacuum when they drilled the holes for sink faucets and left dusts everywhere in my home!)
