The project went extremely well including there estimates of time, labor and cost. The quality of the work and people doing the work were excellent. They set proper expectations, communicated well, cleaned up as expected, and delivered as promised. Any unexpected issues which arose were handled promptly with no delays in project. They really did an expectational job on our bathroom. We also found the vendors which they recommended to use for tile, fixtures, etc. were easy to work with and also meet all of our expectations. Precision Painting Plus was not the lowest quote I got, but I chose them based on reviews, on-site meetings with them, and the overall vibe of professionalism & calm I got from them. And boy am I happy I did. They were able to pull off a mini-renovation of my new home in an impossible time frame, with holidays in between, and during a pandemic. I had work-in-progress concerns along the way, but Brendan and Matt assured me that all will go well. And it did. They were able to get so much accomplished and completed in time for my move in date, and ultimately the Christmas holiday. I am very grateful for their hard work and efforts. AETC Home ImprovementEddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level.- Joann L.

AJobs for a Handyman llcI hired Elvis and his team to build custom shelves, install a shower system and minor repairs to my home. They were professional and knowledgeable concerning the jobs contracted. I am ecstatic with the results of their work. Everything was completed on time and cost did not go over budget. I was so impressed with the work that I contracted for them to install a retaking wall and repair some fencing on my property for the spring. I have had the fencing repaired 3 times prior by other people. Not one mentioned my main problem was a lack of a retaining wall. I trust that Elvis and his crew will finally fix the issues I have with soil erosion.- Lucia G.

ATedora IncIgor and his team were fantastic! I worked as the interior designer on the project and this was our first project together. They were able to start right away and wrapped up the project for the clients just before Christmas. The quality of work was high and his price was fair. The tile work especially was beautiful. He even brought in a sub-contractor for the countertops and I could not be happier with the result of everything. He was very easy to communicate and work with and ran everything by me which I truly appreciate. Fthey showed promptly and the roof repair was fine. When it came to the painting we are not pleased at all. first of all i wanted a satin sheen for the ceiling and they bought ceiling paint which is flat for my kitchen, they had started to paint the ceiling so I told them to finish with what they had. when they said they were finished we paid them. a few days later we called them back for touch up, because several areas were completely missed. when he came back to finish he went to home depot and purchased the wrong sheen of paint, so there was a noticeable difference. I had offered to go and get the paint he needed ,said he had to go any ways so he would get it. to Date the touch up is not complete and they did the job in June. we have called to have the job completed and the are not returning our calls anymore. we were told to call any time for touch up.

AOmar demolished two existing non-standard door frames and re-framed them to standard size. He then hung new doors, installed trim, and painted all of it. Our agreement was such that Omar would assess the situation, go to Lowe's to pick up the materials needed, then return to the site to complete the job. He did everything exactly as he said he would. He showed up on time, was very communicative throughout the 2-day process, and performed high quality work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Omar again! A+!

AHenry's Next Level Home Improvement did a fantastic job repairing drywall and performing interior painting in my townhome. The walls and ceilings were damaged as a result of the installation of upgraded lighting and related electrical work. Mr. Henry helped us get discounts on the Benjamin Moore paint. The job came in under the original estimate, too. Leon Henry was responsive from the moment we requested the estimate to the moment the job was done. The repair and painting outcome made it look like the damage never happened. The job was very precise and clean. They started on time and finished early in the middle of winter snowstorms. The job came in under the original estimate, too. The crew was pleasant and followed CDC covid-19 protocols. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
