AMagnolia Home Remodeling GroupWe worked with Chris from Magnolia on a second floor remodel and were extremely happy with the process and results. The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.- Beth H.

Darius from KAMCO was helpful, communicative, knowledgable, and his pricing was very competitive. He gave me an estimate detailing several options for the repairs and helped me make an informed decision. Ralph's team arrived on schedule and completed the work efficiently. They were very consciousness about safety during COVID and completed the work ahead of schedule. They displayed a great attention to detail with the work and the finished product looks excellent. So far no leaks and I'm confident that if we discover an issue the team from KAMCO will return to correct the problem! Cannot recommend them highly enough!- Brian B.

The workers were very conscientious and courteous. We had terrible leaks from our roof before they came but no water has come into our house since they performed their work. ANormally I find it odd when there are no negative reviews for a company. After working with Darren, I see why. He was an absolute gentleman who answered all of my questions and gave me a very fair estimate. He was quick to respond via email, and the work was completed promptly and efficiently. It is unfortunate that they only do gutters. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, but I won't be needing new gutters any time soon.

FI received a call back from the company rather quickly, soon to be followed by additional calls from individuals scheduling a time for a quote. They then went silent. No word, no follow up. Multiple calls to the company in which they claimed the person responsible for the quote would be contacted and I would receive a call back that day resulted in no call back. This occurred on multiple days. The continued to state that the person responsible for quoting had not reached by out. This was over a period of more than one week. In my opinion, if one of your workers is not contacting you, then you have a problem. Still, no follow up. This is perhaps the worst experience that I have had with a contract in my life and I have gone through a 5 year remodel. I would not recommend them to anyone as if they cannot handle a quote, I certainly would not hire them to do any work.
