AAll Weather GuardShowed up when they said they would... Erick the foreman was awesome. Took the time to explain everything that they was going to do. He even did a fast roof inspection while he was up there. The crew was fast, efficient and super clean . AFajardo General Contractor Corp.Erick Fajardo was responsive and knowledgeable. He worked with us to come up with a plan that fit our budget. We painted the stucco, replaced and painted rotted trim, replaced rotted decking on one deck with great-looking and long lasting composite. To save money, we stained but did not replace the rails that were in good shape and deferred more work on a second deck. When the rotted window, one of a matching pair, turned out to be no longer available from the manufacturer, Erick painstakingly rebuilt the window in his shop. While they were working on the house, Erick's crew cleaned the gutters and made some other minor repairs. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost very fair. I would highly recommend Fajardo General Contracting.- Janet S.

AWildlife Tree & Landscaping ServicePatric came out on short notice to clean the gutters before a storm. Trimmed all the shrubs in front of the house and cut back some brush. AI called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost. AJohn and his crew painted the interior of our house. They provided top quality and were extremely professional. They are very responsive and patiently answered all of my questions before and throughout the process. I made a mistake with one of the paint color finishes and John immediately picked up on it and remedied the situation right away. I was thoroughly impressed. The painters arrived every morning at the same time and they cleaned up each evening before they left. They did an amazing job and were reasonably priced. We are very happy and satisfied with how everything tuned out. We will definitely engage them on all future projects. We highly recommend them for any painting job.

AOur insurance company cancelled our policy due to the moss etc. on our roof effective December 15th, therefore we became an emergency and Barbara worked to move our job up to the top of the list. The insurance company said that we needed to have our roof replaced. After Roof Renew Pros cleaned our property the roof appears to be brand new. They were punctual and professional. Barbara the owner contacted me right after I called her. She came the next day to take pictures and evaluate the job, Her knowledge of the moss, lichen etc. was extraordinary and her employees followed her lead in solving our problem. They used organic cleaning materials not bleach or harsh power washing. Our roof will remain happy for several years. I highly recommend Roof Renew Pros.
