AMagnolia Home Remodeling GroupWe worked with Chris from Magnolia on a second floor remodel and were extremely happy with the process and results. The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.- Beth H.

AFlying Colors Roofing and PaintersSteven and team did an outstanding job turning our home from one with chipped paint from multiple terrible painting jobs and gapping holes from woodpeckers to looking like a brand new home! The team replaced all damaged shingles, removed an old door and added shingles in its place to match the rest of the house, sanded down the old paint (over multiple days) and then painted beautifully. They also took some extra days to remove old wallpaper up our stairs and in our hallways, repaired the drywall and repainted. Every day the team was onsite and ready to work at the time we were told (and usually even early) and the project was wrapped up exactly when we were told, and surpassed all of our expectations. We will definitely be recommending Flying Colors to anyone and everyone in the future.- Matthew M.

They started work right away and Dave kept us informed of possible delays with furnishings due to the Pandemic. He always followed up with the cabinet and granite manufacturers and kept us informed of their progress. The crew was excellent and clean. Everyday they left all work areas clean. They always gave us options and opinions for furnishing placement. We are looking forward to using JBL for our future home renovations.- Joseph C.

Because of Budds project management skills, the house project was completed in 3 months when other contractors told us it would take 6- 8 months! Budd was very responsive and quickly addressed issues and any problems that arose. We spent a little more than we wanted as there were extras that ended up costing us more but we would hire this company back in a heart beat!- carmelina l.

AI can't comment on the other ratings outside of saying that they were a long time ago. Pachi just completed an addition onto our home and we couldn't be happier. The old space was too tight and things look fantastic now. He was able to reuse our windows and screen to cut down on some expense and honored every aspect of his bid despite a truly massive spike in lumber prices. He managed all the subs who were each highly professional and did a great job. We took the opportunity to level the backyard and put in a small retaining wall to improve water flow during heavy rain (a problem in the past), redid our patio, and updated the front steps and walk. Throughout each step, Pachi keep things moving and kept us informed. When we had questions, he was just a text message away. As you can see, the room came out beautifully. The whole house feels larger and moving the garage door out of our family room not only made the existing room more balanced but it also gave us more space in the garage and a small mud room. We absolutely love the new space. As the construction occurred in during the summer of COVID, he limited traffic in and out of the house to only the minimum and everyone was always masked.
