  • Used pet services about four times. Each time the service I received got worse and worse. I will not use this service again and I would not recommend. The last time I used these services, my neighbors informed me that sitter barely showed up and did not stay long. My 13 year old dog that never urinated in the house had gone all over the place (about 13 individual stains in the floor). After getting home from a lovely vacation I spent 4 hours cleaning my carpets. No call, no follow up, no pictures, no texts, no notes. They took the money and ran. Extremely unsatisfied. Beware! The first time I used this service I was somewhat satisfied which made me try them again. The sitter texted photos, sent emails and left a note with an update every time they came. I now notice that on their website they have 3 glowing testimonials. (I actually wrote a good review also after the first time) They claim to be in business since 1989 and they only have 3 good reviews...this should have been my warning sign. Next time I need pet sitting services I will require the new candidate to have references and check them thoroughly. It has been 8 months since I used this service and it has haunted me ever since. I do not want another pet owner or pet to have to go through this so I thought it was necessary to make sure others are aware of the bad service I received. I was hoping for peace of mind when using this service but instead I have felt uneasy about this transaction and worried about the possibility of other neglected pets.

  • All went well. We use them whenever we travels. One big reason we use them is we can trust them with our birds. They take excellent care of them, and the techs are very responsive to their needs, which include play time.

  • Bloat - GDV:  The mother of all dog emergencies, when literally every minute counts. Red Bank Veterinary Hospital - Cherry Hill branch was professional and on top of the situation as soon as I pulled in the parking lot. As I was trying to get my Great Dane out of the car, a veterinarian who was finished with her shift was pulling out of the parking lot. When she saw us, she jumped out of her car, helped me get my dog out and rushed her through the back door enabling her to receive immediate attention while I went in the front. I never even got to thank her!
    A rapid, but thorough assessment was done and all options were carefully explained. I felt I was given a very clear picture of my dog's chances and exactly what the surgery entailed. The veterinarian took care to make sure all my questions were addressed. I was able to see my dog both before and after the surgery. 
    Having your dog bloat is something no dog owner wants to experience, however I can't say enough about how wonderful, professional, & skilled the staff was in handling this situation. They saved my dog's life!

  • They did a great job with my little guy. He is very nervous and has had issues with other groomers but was very calm and was actually sleeping when I came to pick him up. He looked great and was very happy. I would recommend them to anyone with a nervous dog.

  • They were helpful both in terms of getting him bathed, getting his nails cut because they were long, recommending what diet he should be on, and what is a good collar and harness for him to have. They were good actually. They spend time with us to explain why we should give this food for his diet and not the other. How dogs digest food and how beef is actually a bit hard for them. They advised us not to give too much of the wet food, or food out of the tin as it could end up causing gas and digestion problem and that dry food is better for them to have because it digests better. I was impressed.

  • They were prompt, showing up at the scheduled time, and professional as always. Our cat did not cooperate (as usual), and he actually passed out after the blood draw (not normal). The doctor was concerned that she heard some abnormal heart sounds during this episode, so we wound up driving to the veterinary emergency department for an EKG. The concern of all of the doctors at House Paws is very evident, and we will continue to use their services for the care of all non-humans in the household.

  • INHOMEKITTYKARE.COM LLC is a spectacular dog-sitter. They would walk my dogs if I ask them to. They come to my house 3 times a day, they take care of my dogs, they take in my mail, they water my plants, they feed my fish and they'll even do laundry and mop my floors if my dogs are dirty. They treat my pets like they were their own pets. When I'm away on vacation, they come in and play with my dogs. They leave me a journal that tells me exactly what happens every time they visit, every time they're here. They call me to make sure that I've arrived home safely. If I'm delayed, they will continue to watch my dogs without getting paid on good faith until I get home. I can call them during an emergency and say "I can't get home. Can you please go and see my dogs?" And they will. They have the key to my home. I trust them with my security code on my security system. They would take my dog to the vet if I'm out of state and I can't do it. They will make sure that my dog have every possible medical attention if they needed it.

  • Our cat is awful in the car so we decided that we try a mobile groomer instead of Petsmart.  We thought that it would be more convenient and we were willing to pay for the convenience.  We got a quote via email what services were to be provided along with any extras.  So my husband and I agreed and called to schedule an appointment.  The groomer showed up a little early, no problem.  Then she asked what we were having done today.  I explained what we needed and then she explains that she will do it if she can.  I understand that cats can be fickle and difficult but if I ask to have her bathed, shampooed, dried don't come back in with my cat and she has the worst shave I have EVER seen.  The groomer did a brief explanation as to why she did not complete the services we were quoted.  I was disgruntled from that point.  And then I asked what we owed her.  She replies $117.70.  My jaw hit the floor.  I was quoted $85.00 plus $10.00 for a teeth brushing.  I hand her a check, which I regret in hindsight.  I called their office first thing  Monday and got a voicemail.  I left a message.  My call was returned by their office manager who offered "a fix" for the shave.  Not likely.  I don't want that woman near my cat.  I asked for a refund to which I was quickly hushed with, "I need to talk to the owner."  As of today, I have not heard back from Bathing Beauties.

  • We used this groomer two times for our Shih-tzu. following our regular groomer's retirement.  We took pictures of the dog from all angles the previous time he was cut as examples of what we wanted and gave them to the grooming staff.  The cut was not close to what we wanted.  We gave them another try after reviewing what we wanted but were disappointed by the results.  We left them, and now use another groomer.
