  • Serge, Nick, and Alex did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom from top to bottom. I have an old house, and before the project, no major work had been done on the bathroom in over 30 years. They started with a complete demolition and meticulously planned and executed every step of building a bathroom from start to finish. They worked very long hours for about a month and overcame every problem and challenge that came up without compliant. They did not take a single extra day off and after every work day I saw visible progress. Serge was also very transparent and responsive about communicating problems and was willing to go above and beyond the original plan to make sure the job was done the right way. He is also very professional. Every week he sent me a detailed invoice with complete documentation of all material purchases and labor costs. There were no hidden surcharges or unexpected costs. I would not hesitate to hire again!

  • I've worked with J&B at my property for awhile now and it is always a pleasure. Eduardo is communicative, on-time, neat and completes the job to my standards. We'll continue to do business in the future.

  • Your Way Contractors are professional, dependable, punctual and very responsive. Gene and his son, Ryan, were great to work with on the kitchen renovation. Of all the contractors we spoke to, Gene was the only one who saw the possibility of removing the load bearing wall to open up the kitchen. Gene has a passion for his work and it showed in the finished product. We hope to work with him again when we renovate the bathroom.

  • Salvatore and his team were quick, experienced, efficient, and gave professional recommendations and expertise to increase value of our home. We were so pleased with their expertise we asked him to walk they our new home with us for estimates and recommendations. DGM renovated our new home removing carpeting and installing wood floors, painting, putting crown molding, installing window treatments, install light fixtures, install bathroom vanity and tile, etc. Salvatore and his team are the only ones we call for al our contracting needs!

  • I interviewed several contractors for the project and I was interested in the combination of Daniele's experience and Cristina's helpfulness in making design and fixture choices. Daniele's tile work is especially a notch above. There are many decisions that go into a large project and everything was done to my satisfaction.

  • They were great again. My son has work out equipment and they were careful to wrap it to avoid the dust getting into it and even created a custom cut out in the ceiling so it would fit better. Workers were on time, and often did little extras such as changing outlets when they were not grounded ones. Highly recommend for quality work within the time frames they give you.

  • Everything was brilliant. I never felt uneasy about having Emerson and the crew in my home all day while I was at work. The place remained as clean as it could with grout dust and tile dust etc... The guys showed up every day and worked. The end product is brilliant. We are over the moon with the bathrooms. The paint trim looks amazing, the masonry work is outstanding and we even had a couple small things that needed to be done in other rooms ( a drywall path and a garage door patch). I mentioned them to Emerson and he simply got em done. I believe I had one of the best remodeling experiences possible.

  • The actual plumbing was done competently, but the ordering of the fixtures and fittings was a disaster. We waited a long time, we were not given the discount promised, many of the items did not fit and could not be returned because Visentin had drilled holes in them to install, although they did not fit in the space provided. He just didn't care.

  • We hired Brian, after firing our first contractor. Brian was supposed to be our savior, but he screwed us BIG TIME. I just paid him $28970.50 to finish our house renovation, and he cashed the checks and became "unavailable" He was supposed to order materials and finish our whole house renovation. We started with him in November 2015, and this has dragged on for a YEAR. He would love to explain the reasons why, and there are several that are stipulated in the type of renovation loan that we have. He signed our contract knowing that he was to supply materials, do the work, get inspected, and get paid from the draws on our bank. He violated that agreement by not being able to do as outlined in our contract. When I was able to provide some upfront monies, he bought some materials, but took extraordinary amounts of time away from our job. Much later, he explained he had to "rob Peter" (Us) to pay Paul (Other jobs). He will also moan about his mother's illness (which we were understanding about) to her passing months later (which we were understanding about. In the meantime, he took vacations (without telling us, and work stopped), he had things with his kids (work stopped), other jobs (work stopped) there were many other stoppages without explanation, including this most recent where I gave him the $28970.50 check and now it has been a month since the last work, and he has not returned numerous texts, calls leaving voice messages or emails. We are talking to our attorney as we speak. In June 2016, he informed us we were over budget by $8000, that became $9730. We paid him the overage because didn't want to stop progress. It stopped anyway. We had an HVAC (not his fault) that damaged the new floors and the ceiling. The HVAC company paid $1850 for the damages, and the floor was redone, but the ceiling was left damaged as is. He left a driveway full of construction debris (most of it from a job site that was not ours). He tried to but was rejected (they required him to fulfill his obligations to do the original Scope Of Work), by our bank, to rewrite the "Scope Of Work" to fit his needs. He became very passive aggressive, and most recently we called him out on a very costly lie. He told us in July 2016, when we paid the budget overages that we were back to even and that "EVERYTHING" was in line with the budget again. He told us he could proceed to paint the interior of the house, as well as the outside. Early October, we saw him at our house, and he lied to our faces and said he never promised that. We were BOTH witnesses to his original promise, and we let him know that lying to us was not acceptable, and that we would hold him to his agreement. That is when he disappeared, with our money. We will be suing him. We would like to warn anyone from working with him. He would love to explain his choices and behavior away, but trust me, you COULD regret it. We feel so strongly, that we invite anyone thinking about using him to email me at ebarryhill@msn.com, and will do my best to dissuade you. He disappears without explanation for long periods of time, doesn't return calls, is passive aggressive, ultimately untrustworthy. He took our money and walked away from incomplete house which is not livable. We will have to find another contractor, and we don't know where we are gonna get the money to finish because Wood N Dreams stole it. WE WILL PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE INCOMPLETE WORK ASAP.

  • We needed our downstairs bathroom remodeled and was referred to Kagon and his company K&A Home Designs after receiving some outrageous estimates from other contractors, the entire process went really well, my wife and I were really impressed with the quality of his work and professionalism, he even gave us a senior discount will definitely use him again to do some other work in our house.
