They were neat and left everything spotless each day. The finished product is beautiful! We would use them again and recommend them to others.

  • STAY AWAY!  The "Manager" told me I was a horrible person and HUNG UP the phone on me when I asked for an issue to be resolved!!!

    We had our kitchen counter tops replaced by Kol and paid an extra fee of $250 to have Kol Marble & Granite's plumber come in after the counters were completed to re-install the plumbing under our sink.  While the plumber was there, everything seemed fine until near the end he started grunting and telling my husband that it was not his fault but our faucet was leaking under the sink.  He left our house with bowls and towels under the sink to catch the leaking water.  He then asked for my husband's cell phone number and within hours began texting him pictures of new faucets that he could "replace on the side" to fix the issue.  This plumber also tried selling my husband on updating our recess lighting - WAIT isn't this guy a plumber, now he's an electrician!?

    I contacted Kol Marble directly to resolve the issue and I am SHOCKED at the poor level of service I received.   I spoke to the "Manager" of Kol Marble, who told me that if I could "prove" his plumber created the leak, that they would fix the issue. (How am I supposed to prove this?  I don't have videos of my sink not leaking before they came).  Otherwise, I was responsible to purchase a new faucet and have it replaced.  (He kept telling me my faucet has a lifetime warranty and I need to contact the manufacturer of my faucet and they will send me a new one.  I explained back to him that Kol Marble is responsible for breaking my faucet, and they should provide me with a new faucet and they can take my old one and retain the warranty, but that I SHOULD NOT have to be dealing with this issue at such a level.)  He said that faucets have defects and my faucet has a defect, and they have nothing to do with it leaking.  However, there was no leak before Kol Marble un-installed our faucet and then re-installed the faucet.  Comparable faucets are nearly $200, and I do not think it is fair that as the homeowner, we should have to now replace a faucet that was perfectly fine before being handled by Kol Marble.

    After dealing with this very aggressive "manager", on the phone for about 15 minutes, going around in the same circle that they would not be replacing my now broken faucet, I told him this was BAD BUSINESS and I would be reporting them to the BBB.  He then told me I was a "HORRIBLE PERSON" and hung up the phone.

    I work with contractors daily and I have never experienced such poor customer service.  All I expected was that after paying nearly $3000 for counter tops (including the extra fee to have their plumber come in and re hook up all of our plumbing) with Kol Marble, that they would take responsibility for my now broken faucet.  I thought this would be an easy conversation, but it was the exact opposite.

  • I knew there were several issues going in and Dixie was able to fix them and others that had gone undiscovered. The time frame was off , but understand this had nothing to do with Dixie, just the fact they uncovered a lot of work done by the first contractor and had to replace and fix. They have done an amazing job getting my home back together but moreover, I feel confident now that its being done right and whatever was wrong before is being fixed and addressed in a way to make it right.( including making an emergency visit when the last contractors plumbing leaked into my living room). I honestly cant say enough good stuff about them and will hire them again for any upcoming projects.

  • For two years things went very well. We were a happy client and happy with the staff and management. And then, POW. Out of the blue we get a call from the management of the company saying that they would no longer service us. We ask too many questions of the staff, and were rude. Wow, the past weeks service for us was no different than any of the last two years. My wife is always friendly with the staff, asks about their status, and generally chats with them a few minutes before they start their work. I've never heard a cross word from my wife or the friendly hard working staff. Something has changed at Dial-A-Mop, and I do not know what. But some how they were willing to drop a happy $3,000/yr client. Where before this incident I could highly recommend them, but not now, sigh. We have hired another firm and will let you know how that goes after a while. My "F" ratings are for the management, not the staff.

  • We have had only one service so far, but it went exceedingly well. We are scheduled for bi-weekly cleaning. The staff came when they were scheduled, reviewed the home with us for the first time, and went to work with their own cleaning supplies. We could not be happier with the initial results. If subsequent cleanings go as well as our first, we look forward to a long and happy relationship with Cleaning MDs.

  • We used Target when we bought our first home, they were okay and did the job. We are in the process of purchasing our new home and we called two weeks in advanced explained that we were in a contract with a bank owned property and had ten business days to complete a home inspections. They assured us someone would be out and have the report for us the next day. We received a call the day before our inspection to confirm our scheduled appointment. Now the day of our home inspection scheduled for 1 p.m. we get a call at 11:15 a.m. to tell us that the inspector had a family emergency and we would need to cancel for today. They wanted to reschedule for following weekend. I explained to them that we are in a contract with a bank and we are only allowed 10 days from the date we signed the contract to have an inspection done. They didn't care, after crying and pleading to them they wouldn't take another inspector off another job and reschedule someone else who wasn't in a legal contract with a deadline. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely unreliable, unaccommodating, not trust worthy and just flat out rude. They are supposed to be running a company were the customer can feel like they can put 100% of their trust in them to inspect their home and make sure they are honest and reliable, and after my experience they have completely shattered that trust. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially someone who is working on a deadline. They are unable to keep their obligation and promise to a customer.

  • Romano & Todd Painting is an exceptional company when it comes to time management and satisfaction of their customers.
    Over the past year they have completed several projects at my house, and I have yet to be disappointed. They are very hopefully in giving ideas of paint colors and schemes to make the best appearance.
