The work was done very well, it was excellent, in a little amount of time, it was just perfect, they were highly recommended. Their work was reliable and they've used only high quality materials. They know what they were doing. He guarantees his work. The owner was very approachable and very knowledgeable.

    WEATHER-TITE WATERPROOFING INC.
Called in three separate companies. I had an idea what I was looking for because a plumber had told my wife and I we should have two pits. The first company told us one pit, and add ons like flashing, battery back-up, etc. would add to the price. The second company was more like a start up, nice guys, but they wanted to put in a water backup, and if you do some reading, you'll quickly find out your home probably doesn't have enough water pressure to support this, and he wanted to put the exit valve right in the middle of my front lawn. None of this sounded attractive. Lastly we asked Bob from Weather-Tite to come in. He was extremely open and honest, told us how he would do things, and what we would get for the price. I liked his straight forward approach. I liked his ideas and his overall presentation. From start to finish he was always available via email or telephone, and was the only person to bid on the project to place a follow up phone call to see if we were interested in doing the work. The day work was to start, Bob was accommodating to my work schedule. He and his team had the basement setup and ready to go within 2 days. The work was completed as promised and looks good. Bob was even kind enough to throw in a few extras that he thought would be helpful if we were to ever finish the basement. His forethought allowed for the outside portion of the piping to remain concealed, while hooked into our existing dump line. Overall I'd like to give Weather-Tite an A+ on customer service, pricing, creativity and thought process. I can't tell you how the basement will perform during a storm, but there is a lifetime warranty on all work. That warranty is even transferable to the next owner for a REALLY small fee. I hope this review is helpful to all who read it. I strongly believe you can't go wrong with Weather-Tite.

He did it all in one day, working very hard. He also a very nice person. The work was done 9 months ago and it all looks like a lush grassy area that one would never suspect was previously a muddy swamp.

Giovanni from United Waterproofing came to appraise the situation and give us an estimate not including the town permits. He came on time and was professional and caring. The work was done in an expeditious and efficient manner. Giovanni and his workers did a top-notch job on everything. They did it in one day and they cleaned up. In addition the sidewalk had to be dug up since the town did not allow the drain pipes to go under the existing pavement. Giovanni also recommended Carlos Bravo who did an A-one job in restoring the sidewalk and repairs. My husband and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

Overall went fine.  Distance (vendor in PA, house in northern NJ) made things a little more difficult in terms of dealing with local permit and inspections.  But owner was responsive.

As a home owner, we explained what the issue was and what we saw.  He reviewed entry points of possible water entries.  Salesman (Richard Di Sciascio) was a very pleasant man that went thru all the steps of what is do to resolve our issue.  He explained in details of what their company would to do resolve the issue.  He then continued with a good video of the steps that they do when they install the french drain and sump pump.  With the additional cost of the battery backup, I had it added.
The job took two days to complete.
The first day their crew showed up on time and I met the foreman (Giovanni) who did the first walk thru with me and I showed him where to start.  I left them to do what they needed to do and they went at it for 10 hours to rip up the ground with 2 jack hammers and alot of man power moving dirt.  They then added the gravel, piping, plastic barrier, metal wire on top of the plastic.
On day 2, the inspector of the town showed up and signed off on the work.  I called the foreman and he sent his crew over within 3 hours to finish the job of sealing up the hole.  I called the inspector two days later for him to come back on Monday morning for the final sign-off.
For the weary, be prepared for when they need to cut into walls and remove carpet or tiles.  These costs are not covered to repair once they are done.  Suggestion is to do this work when your planning to remodel your basement.
We were very satisfied with their courtesy, fast service, clean up afterwards, and their crew.
    Good job guys...  Cheers..

The A1 representative arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. After assessing the basement wall, he advised me that I did not have a serious problem and there was nothing he needed to do.

The crew was very competent, polite and showed a genuine interest in doing what we hoped would be done.  No project runs absolutely smooth, but if there was a question, Roland showed right up to straighten it out.  Could not ask for more.  Our biggest problem was the inspector who approved our project the middle of August did not file his paperwork promptly and we made a few phone calls to town hall to clear it up.  I think Roland made a few phone calls too. The project went well.  My basement where he opened the floor, installed a drain, and closed the floor looks great and there has been no water.  The stones are all back close to where they were.  The paperwork - not so much. We are happy this is finally over.

It was fine, I had no problems with their professionalism.  They left the place cleaner than it was when it started.  They only downside of the company is that they didn't accept the coupon for a few hundred dollar discount.  They said whatever price they had quoted me had included that coupon amount.

Owner was responsive and clearly explained the procedure, costs, etc. and his team were as described, hardworking, professional, prompt and competent. Entire project only took 2-1/2 days and was done as described and estimated. Haven't tested system yet as we haven't had the volume of rain to trigger the flooding in basement and garage that we've had in the past.
