  • They provide excellent service at very reasonable prices. The owner came out to visit. They did a complete job including a chimney liner without having to be asked or making a big deal. I like that they hey offered Carrier instead of just Lennox. With Lennox you can only by Lennox parts for their machines making it so no one else can make repairs. They are one of the best services I found. I will recommend and continue to use them.

  • This company was referred to me by Sears Home Warranty which I had contract with. Part of my contract with Sears includes free preventative check on my furnace so I asked them to send someone to check my furnace. The technician who came out was probably the most rude technician I have encountered and Temprite told me that I owe them $100 for my furnace diagnostic even though Sears told me that I don't owe anything from them.

  • I have been a Binsky customer service for 5 years. I have been very happy with the service and repair they provided me over the years by their competent and friendly service technicians. The problem arose with their customer service office managers. Here are the facts: In the spring, my a/c compressor failed. They next day they came and replaced it – great job! I was charged $1,902 for labor, and the part was covered by the manufacturer, Goodman. No problem. Some weeks later, the compressor's relay failed. The technician, promptly replaced it. I pointed out that the relay should have been inspected and replaced when compressor was replaced (relay's contacts were worn and pitted). The technician, (N.V.), agreed, and said he would not charge me for labor, only for the part, $189, which I paid by check. At a later date I checked my documents and realized that my Goodman warranty covered "ALL PARTS". I called Binsky, and was directed to the accounting manager (M.M.), who said his records show parts are not covered under warranty. I asked him to re-check and to call me back, and I also emailed them a copy of my Goodman warranty showing indeed all parts are covered. During that week, the manager NEVER called me back. I called for the fourth time, and was directed to a customer service rep (A.E.) and tried to explain the situation. She was curt and dismissive, now claiming the $189 was for labor, not parts. I told her I received their invoice that showed charge item was for "MATERIAL", not labor, and that their own technician said no labor charge apply – but to no avail. I asked to speak with the General Manger, (K.K.S.), and was promised she would call me back that afternoon. She NEVER called back. The following week, I was able to contact a Binsky Executive VP, who agreed with me, apologized for ordeal and he kindly arranged for my rightful refund check. It took four weeks to settle, causing me much aggravation. No customer should be treated so shabbily. I am 68 years, and I should not feel I am being taken advantage of, ignored or dismissed. It's a shame that a company that provides good technical services by their technicians, tarnishes its reputation by such poor office customer service. Jim S, Warren NJ

  • They are pretty highly competent. They are right there when you need them. My interaction with them is great. He's very clear as to what needs to be done and what it's going to cost. The work is excellent. I would absolutely use them in the future.

  • Horrible quality. The warmest rooms in my home in the winter are the attic and basement! Ducts leak horribly. Every seam in the ducts needed to be re-sealed by ANOTHER company. Constant Air works from a cell phone - not a real office, Jim chooses when and whom he talks to. Called his cell phone for WEEKS about this until I realized that he got paid already and wasn't interested in standing by his job. Phony address given.  Couldn't find him because physical address never given. Check out the address in Augusta - It doesn't exist! I am completely dissatisfied with my HVAC system, and have little legal recourse because Constant Air doesn't answer their phone and just can't be found.

  • We just bought a house that was ~ 20 yrs old with original HVAC. During the summer, the family room could not get to the temp we needed. Our electricity bill was shocking. Called in a few HVAC companies to diagnose the issue. Turns out, the unit we had was undersized and likely at the end of useful life. I looked only at companies that got excellent Angie's reviews as well as sellers of the higher end units, (Carrier, Lennox, and trane). Warren H&C's price was right in the middle of range's i got but the offered the solution i wanted. Their rep, Scott, came and was extremely professional and informative. Walked thru the areas of concern, noted windows, room, sizes, etcs. He came back a few days later after doing a manual j to discuss the options. He left me with a few pages of referrals before he left me to decide. There was no pressure whatasoever. After deciding to hire them, I scheduled the appointment within a few weeks. The installers came promptly at 7:30am as promised and were done within 2 days. We were not left without heat any night. The installers were courteous and thorough. There was very little to no mess left in the utility room. The only issue with installation that came up was that they needed to cut out a section of the drop ceiling to accomodate the venting for the zone. So there is exposed sheet metal now that i need to cover up. It's not a big deal and would have been difficult to discover during the sales process. After installation, they scheduled a follow up to walk me through my new system. They also had me sign different papers for rebate processing. They've also come back to look at another system i had for potential future replacement. I highly recommend this company.
