    We have a rental there. It didn���t cost us anything because it is a rental. We are very pleased with them actually, they���re very good. They are very cooperative and nice, very nice people. We had no problems, everything seems fine. The only thing was it took quite a long time to do it. Not that it was their fault. We had a problem with the trunk, it wouldn���t close properly. They had to take it into a shop and that took quite a while.

    A/C in my SUV stopped working. Looked on Angie's list for a good car repair shop. Found Honest-1 and glad I did. Made a "wait for" appointment for a few days out. Took it in and they got right to it -- diagnosed the problem, kept me advised of progress and possible outcomes, then showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me a full estimate for the repair. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

    Frank and his team did a great job repairing my car from damage incurred when hitting a deer. They worked with my Insurance Company to address shortcomings in their assessment so that I got manufacturer replacement parts and all damage was repaired. Car looked like-new when I got it back.

    I got a quote for a new fender and new splash guard and paint for 1200 that is ridiculous. When a new fender and costs 230 and splash guard for 80. Which brings me to 310. I highly doubt the paint would cost me 3 times what the two items cost together. Plus never gave me a choice if I wanted the Honda part or after market. Just to compare i paid a flat rate of $500.

    We have been taking our 3 Japanese cars to GT Japanese Auto for several years now. They have been exceptionally honest, fair and reasonable. I wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else. I have had our cars towed to their location which is 40 minutes away because of the peace of mind knowing they will correct any problems in a professional and timely manner.

    When one of our cars was damaged by a deer, Amica promptly arranged for an estimate and coordinated the repairs with the auto body shop. The turnaround time was absolutely minimal. Can't say enough good things about them.

    I had an engine cylinder misfire and heavy oil and coolant consumption and what I thought assumed was a cracked engine block. And after wasting $700 to get several misdiagnosis and useless suggestions about having more testing at the Chevy dealer, I brought my truck to Long Hill Auto service.
    The folks there are no nonsense and they know what they are doing. They were able to tell me exactly the problem and the options to correct it (at no charge) I decided to have them pull the engine and replace it. They were able to work around my hectic schedule and even provided a nice clean loaner (unlike the Chevy dealer).
    When I picked up my truck, I was pleasantly surprised that they had even cleaned my truck inside and out . In fact, I almost didn't recognize it because they had waxed and buffed it. When I got home and I popped the hood to inspect their work, I was noted that they even cleaned the entire engine compartment.
    Several days later, I noticed that the exhaust was emitting white smoke whenever I started up the engine. This was one of the symptoms that the Chevy dealer was never able to diagnose - I brought it back to Long Hill Auto. And the next day, Long Hill Auto was able to correctly diagnose the problem - oil from the old engine block had leaked into the catalytic converter.
    I was traveling on business all week so the guys at Long Hill put some catalytic converter cleaner and drove it daily to burn off the oil. When I got back from my trip and picked up my truck, it was fixed. Bob was kind enough to not even charge me.
    If I could have given them an A+ - I would have.

    The service is very good. They call you and follow up. You hear from them promptly. They offer very good customer service. They are reliable. The price is competitive with the local dealership. They are more personal and professional than other companies in the area. If you need to get home, they will offer personal car service.

    We've been using Crystal Auto Mall for a long time and we bought several cars from them now. We just recently bought a car from them and we had good experience in dealing with them. The price that they charge is within the mid range, not expensive and not cheap. They let their customers know how long the wait is and it's isn't that long, they don't make me wait longer than what they say. The people there are very polite and very nice.

    They were professional from the time I called them to inquire about different tires for my vehicle, until the time they completed the job. They explained exactly what they were doing and explained how the whole alignment machine works and even told me about a kit that is made to keep the car better aligned to preserve tread life of the tire.
